Last year changed everything for me.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and lost the ability to walk. My entire life stopped, and healing became my full-time job.

And I did heal.
But healing didn’t just rebuild my body... it rebuilt my clarity.

As I came back to myself, one truth became impossible to ignore:

Women are carrying the weight of the world.
They’re holding everything together.
They’re pretending they’re fine.
And they’re falling apart in silence.

I realized that I'm meant to do more than just help women clear physical clutter.

I’m here to help women clear the inner clutter... the overwhelm, the spiraling, the exhaustion, the invisible weight no one else sees.

So I’m stepping into what’s next with my bestie Edythe Beckles. She walked beside me through every step of my healing, and together we created something new:

👉 The Bloom Collective - Hello Bloom Collective

👉 The Bloom Collective - https://hellobloomcollective.com

A monthly support space for women who are tired of doing everything alone and want real tools to regulate, reset, and reclaim their energy… without pretending anymore.

Inside Bloom, you’ll find the practices that help you stop spiraling, the support that keeps you steady, and a community of women rebuilding their lives right alongside you.

If you’re ready for something different... something honest, grounding, and supportive... we’d love to welcome you into our community.

With love ❤️

Sometimes the rain feels endless.
The uncertainty, the heaviness, the moments that test every part of you.

Today was a wild day emotionally…

😭 Many apologies were given.

I choose to believe that this season isn’t here to break me — it’s here to grow me 🌿

At The Bloom Collective we believe every drop of rain holds a seed of good.

Every challenge, every pause, every tear… it’s watering something new within you.

☁️ No rain, no flowers.
🌸 No mess, no bloom.

The storm isn’t your setback — it’s your soil.

Keep growing, even here.

What would it look like to trust that this part of your story is preparing you for what’s next?

I dropped my husband and kids off at the airport to catch their flight home while I stayed behind in Europe for an extended celebration of life!

My bestie and my beloved sister joined me and we mini cooped our way through the French and Italian mountains, weaving through tunnels and turns, and roads too small for more than one car that braved two anyway. We eventually arrived at the Ligurian Sea and the charming town of Camogli, Italy for a week of sun, silence and Apéro’s at sunset.

Last year lying in a hospital bed, unable to walk, and undergoing treatment for stage four cancer, I created this dream trip.

I wrote, “WHEN I am HEALED and WALKING”… not “I hope to be” or “I wish” or “Wouldn’t it be nice if” or “maybe”.

I declared it … I intended it… I believed it…

It’s a little risky to do such a thing… what authority or right did I have?

Wouldn’t it have been safer to just play it safe and hope for the best or wait and see?

What did I have to lose???

Oh, just my life!

I know you have a dream too... something juicy that is speaking to you… maybe in whispers or perhaps even in louder shouts.

Either way, you hear something that you are pushing down and off to the side.

What is making you do that?

What do you have to lose to listen and take an inspired step?

Perhaps the better question is not what do you have to lose but what is there to gain by believing in something magical and expansive?

What is your dream?

This time last year I celebrated my birthday in a wheel chair, bald and just finishing treatments for stage four cancer.

This year I walked my healed body over 15,000 steps through the town of Annecy, France and I’m choosing to live my most vibrant and expansive life.

I chose to offer love to the parts of me that were sick and unwell and ask them what they wanted me to know.

They gave me gifts that have changed my life.

“This is just what it looks like on your path to creating a life you love living!” - Mary Morrissey

“Do what you can, from where you are with what you have.” - Mary Morrissey

“Your brain believes what you tell it!” - Dr. Joe Dispenza

What are you currently believing about the challenging circumstances you are navigating?

What are you choosing to believe about what is possible for you and the life you would love living?

In what ways can your life shift by truly offering yourself compassion that you are doing the best you can right now and that is enough?

Sending love and the reminder that you are not alone, you can do hard things (with ease) ❤️

I listened to this song as I rode the train from Geneva, Switzerland to Annecy, France. I was filled with emotion as I reflected back to this time last year when I was bald, not walking and just finishing treatments for stage four cancer.

This year, I am stepping out (literally and figuratively) in faith on a three week dream trip to Europe.

The pictures I’ll be sharing might seem ‘perfect’ … believe me, swimming in the crystal-clear, turquoise waters of Lake Annecy was damn near perfection.

But to get here I also had to navigate some messes… my husband was hospitalized with a kidney stone days before we left and we weren’t sure he would go, my kids never slept on the flight, my daughter threw up the whole first day, we got off the train in Annecy and descended into 1,000 degree heat which caused my daughter to nearly vomit at the restaurant!

There will always be messes and there will always be magic. The opportunity lies in what you choose to do in the middle of them.

In the middle of magic do you hold gratitude and perspective? Can you do that in the middle of the mess?

Navigating cancer gave me the opportunity to get curious and ask what was for me in middle of messy situations. I practiced and intentionally looked for the magic in the mess.

Cancer also taught me how to shift out of negativity and into possibility by focusing on the dream that was pulling me forward… on of those dreams was this trip.

I would say, ‘WHEN I am walking’ and ‘I’m so grateful now that I’m walking and wandering the streets of Europe holding hands with my husband and laughing with my kids.’

What about you… what is your relationship with your mess?

Are you getting curious or do you find yourself stuck or downing?

One year ago, I was sitting in a hospital bed unable to walk after a tumor was found pressing against my spinal cord.

A friend was visiting and I said to her, ‘I can do hard things’!

Years ago, I adopted that mantra from

Adopting it however was a process. It’s one thing to think it and it’s an entirely different thing to believe it.

I learned from that in order to move a new idea from my head (thinking) to my heart (believing), I needed to move it through my hands.

So I repeatedly hand lettered, journaled and created art with that mantra.

Over time that process, along with other supportive modalities, rewired a new neural pathway.

My friend knew about my mantra and I thought in that moment she would affirm my ability to in fact do hard things, instead she asked me a question, ‘What if it could be easy?’

Easy… what was she talking about?

A diagnosis of stage four lymphoma and the unknown of whether I would walk again was going to tank my health and my relationship with Brad and the lives of my kids… not to mention the new job I just started and our finances.

Easy was not a word for the season that I was about to experience.

Then she asked, ‘What if this could be the easiest version of cancer?’

I took a breath and closed my eyes and thought about what the easiest version of cancer could look like and it felt so good and expansive in my body.

I opened my eyes and decided… I chose to invite ease into my journey of doing hard things… I was making a shift… I can do hard things… with ease.

Listen… life is layered and nuanced and FEELS hard!

So many humans are navigating challenging circumstances and situations…

AND… I have so much curiosity if there is any opportunity to invite in a little ease into that experience.

💫 What does it look like to allow more ease into the challenges you are navigating today?

What does it look like, in this moment that feels hard, to experience and receive more ease?

Drinking in delicious women and community inside .heller membership.

It’s filling my soul and helping me to feel more expansive and abundant. So very grateful!

As always, applying wisdom from and moving what I’m learning in my head and moving it into my heart through my hands.

Albert Einstein said “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality.”

What frequency are you tuned to… possibility or pessimism?
