Third Online Exchange of National Experiences of the HSC Team Project

The final session between our partners and stakeholders from three different countries (Italy, Slovenia, and Spain) took place on 9 December 2026.

🎤 Theese online meeting was focused on evaluating and improving a curriculum for managers working with vulnerable populations.

The third session focused on three main objectives:
✅ prioritizing gaps with the highest impact on daily work
✅ defining realistic levels of legal and institutional knowledge needed
✅ agreeing on practical training methods including case-based learning and
simulations.

Final meeting - Rome, 13 January 2026

On 13 January, prior to the final public event, the HSC Team partners gathered for an internal meeting during which they reviewed the final results of the project and the next steps.

The final event of HSC Team was a success!
On 13 January 2026, the Final Conference of our project was held at the headquarters of the lead partner Maggio 82, in the presence of partners and stakeholders.

🎤 The conference was opened by Tania Russo, President of COIN, followed by presentations from Italian, Slovenian and Spanish partners who presented the final results of HSC Team and the findings of the training course carried out in each of these three countries.

After a short break, there was a round table discussion on workplace inclusion with contributions from three important stakeholders:
🎤 Nicoletta Angelini, Psychologist and teacher of the Italian training course
🎤 Barbara Sarrocco, Employment Consultant and teacher of the Italian training course
🎤 Marco Marcocci, President of Confcooperative Roma e Lazio.

The event concluded with a lunch open to all participants, featuring typical products from a local cooperative.

Second Online Exchange of National Experiences of the HSC Team Project

Yesterday, December 17, 2025 the second meeting between our partners and stakeholders from three different countries (Italy, Slovenia, and Spain) took place.

🎤 The main objective of this meeting was to gain a better understanding of the real needs and support systems that managers rely on, as well as to assess the extent to which these needs are reflected in the curricula of different countries.

The first discussion topic centered on identifying the key competencies needed for complex team managers. The discussion then moved to mapping support systems for managers, and in the final part of the meeting, participants connected the identified needs with the training curriculum.

First Online Exchange of National Experiences of the HSC Team Project

Yesterday, December 10, 2025 the first meeting between our partners and stakeholders from three different countries (Italy, Slovenia, and Spain) took place.

🎤 During the meeting, after a brief introduction to the project, each stakeholder introduced themselves, explaining their qualifications and work activities that relate to the project. This was followed by an exchange of views between partners and stakeholders on the key topics of our project.

The discussion focused mainly on approaches to inclusion, in particular:
- the importance of a human-centered approach that takes into account individual needs, contexts, and family situations.
- the role of families and public entities in supporting or sometimes hindering the inclusion of people with disabilities.
