Cultural visit day!
We hosted a fantastic group from France in Milan for a special cultural visit to Lake Como!
Together with our guide, the group enjoyed a true Italian cultural experience surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable moments.
During the day they:
⛴️ took a boat tour around the lake
⛪ visited the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta
🌿 explored the wonders of Lake Como

But the most special and spontaneous part of the day was something else!
Instead of taking the funicular to reach Brunate, the group made a last minute decision to hike all the way up on foot! 🥾⛰️
A real adventure filled with enthusiasm, a bit of effort, and a lot of team spirit.
And in the end… it was absolutely worth it!
Once they reached the top, they were rewarded with an incredible panoramic view over the lake and mountains, creating unforgettable memories and amazing photos.
Experiences like these make every project even more meaningful, combining culture, discovery, and authentic moments shared together.

We hosted a fantastic group from Portugal in Tropea for an international experience in the tourism sector! 🇵🇹🌊
The participants are carrying out training activities as:
🏨 Receptionists
✈️ Tourism sector workers
A practical experience that allows them to develop professional skills, work closely with guests, and discover the world of hospitality in one of the most beautiful destinations in Southern Italy.
At the same time in Tropea, we are also hosting a group involved in Job Shadowing activities, experiencing professional observation, exchange of best practices, and international collaboration.
Training, culture, and new experiences come together in a unique journey of personal and professional growth!

Alongside their professional training, they had the opportunity to explore the entire area of Tropea and its beautiful surroundings, enjoying a complete experience combining work, culture, and local traditions.

In April we had the pleasure of hosting in Tropea a group of six trainers from the Czech Republic for an inspiring Erasmus+ job shadowing experience focused on child and family support systems.
During the programme, we explored several key topics, including alternative family care, support for foster families, early intervention, at-risk children and families, migrant families, and the protection of children affected by neglect, abuse, maltreatment, parental conflict, or mental health risks.
Thanks to the collaboration of local organisations and professionals from Tropea and the surrounding area, participants had the opportunity to discover valuable practices, exchange ideas, and gain inspiration from the work carried out in our territory.
With constant tutoring, active participation, and a strong spirit of cooperation, we successfully achieved the objectives set by the Erasmus+ project.
A heartfelt thank you to all participants, partners, and local stakeholders who contributed to making this experience meaningful, professional, and enriching.
Together, we continue to promote learning, inclusion, and international cooperation. 🇪🇺✨
