I feel compelled to speak out about the current student protests against Dr. Muhammad Mizanur Rahaman sir, one of the most qualified and valuable teachers at UAP. It is deeply concerning to see students demanding his removal from the university, seemingly overlooking his immense contributions to both their education and the institution.

He is not just a teacher; he is a rare gem, a beacon of knowledge and wisdom. While some may be searching for gold, they fail to recognize the true diamond they already have in him. His dedication, expertise, and passion for teaching have shaped countless lives, and to dismiss that is a serious mistake.

There is a fine line between voicing concerns and crossing into extremes, and it seems that line has been crossed. It's important to recognize when to stop and reflect on the consequences of such actions. As the saying goes, "One whose mind remains undisturbed amidst misery, who does not crave for pleasure, and who is free from attachment, fear, and anger, is called a sage of steady wisdom." This principle applies here as well; wisdom comes from a place of calm and steady understanding, not from reactive decisions.

While students may feel that sir isn't always aligned with their views, they should understand that if he disagrees with something, it likely signals that there is a deeper issue at play. His perspective, built on years of experience and knowledge, should be respected, not disregarded.

I strongly disagree with the students' actions and urge them to reconsider their approach. Let's not lose sight of what truly matters: the pursuit of knowledge, guided by those who are best equipped to provide it. He is one of those rare individuals who elevate the academic environment, and his presence at UAP CE is something to be cherished, not contested.
