📌The Future of EU Environmental Law and Policies
📅 26 - 27 September 2024, Bocconi University
The conference aims to gather scholars and practitioners from the fields of law, economics and political science, to reflect on the challenges that the EU must tackle to pursue its environmental and climate goals and to discuss some of the most debated issues concerning the future of EU environmental law and policies with a peculiar cross-sectoral approach. Panels will address issues arising from the pursuit of the climate objective and the need to balance it with other EU policies; litigation in environmental matters in front of EU courts; the EU green transition in the global dimension. The last panel will be devoted to green compliance and global value chains.

📌 ITALY-ALBANIA PROTOCOL: Extraterritorial migration management and EU law implications
