Europe Outside the Box is happy to announce its last Communication Skills workshop this Sunday (13:00-16:00 – Room A+B, Dijver).

Europe Outside the Box is happy to announce ‘Debating Ukraine’, a College-wide debate tournament we are organizing with a delegation of visiting students from Ukraine.

Over the course of Saturday the 4th of March, we will be having 3 rounds of debate on different topics surrounding Ukraine and Eastern European relations. The tournament is open to everyone.

People will be put into teams of 2 (either with fellow CoE students or with students from Ukraine). The winning team will receive an exclusive prize from Ukraine!

We are also organizing short seminars provided by the professors from the College of Europe on current events in Eastern Europe.

We will end the event with cocktails where you can get to know more students from Ukraine.

We’re holding the first debate meeting of the year, tomorrow at 20:00 in Room A+B at Dijver.

We’ll have an introduction to the British Parliamentary format, followed by a short debate. Novices are more than welcome!
