Sometimes we get so caught up in life and scrolling and stress.
We forget that all we have to do sometimes is just stop and take a deep breath - when you add that with Sound, you can really reset everything….
When I re-listened to the song that I recorded it made me drop into my breath. I just wanna breathe and I found myself by the end of this little clip being really relaxed so I hope it does the same for you.

I’ve had eclipses that felt like they completely 180’d my life.

This one? I actually feel pretty calm. 🌘

But sometimes it’s not even the eclipse itself that creates the intensity. It’s everything we read about it. Predictions, portals, warnings, “7 seconds without gravity” 😂 wtf suddenly we’re trying to understand every sensation and anticipate what’s coming.

This is one of the reasons I come back to sound.

You don’t have to understand what’s shifting to come back into your body.
