Moving into autumn, it's time for some reflection: this summer was all about LEARNING and GROWTH at Improving Playfully with Teja.

Striving to offer the best to my students, I have attended the The Applied Improvisation Network conference in Prague, Czech Republic.
Basically, it was a gathering of (applied) improvisation teachers, coaches and facilitators from all over the world!

The conference was a perfect blend of learning, fun, and connection – proving once again that the best way to grow is through shared experiences and... thus, we IMPROVE PLAYFULLY 💃🏃🕺🤸

I learned a lot about creating safe spaces, designing custom exercises, overcoming anxiety, building meaningful connections...
