This is how to marinate a whole chicken in brine to make it tastier for grilling and roasting.

A great way to inject all those good flavours to the chicken breast to prevent getting dry during the cooking process.

All you need is to marinate the whole chicken with the skin , in a salted cold water and your favourite spices and veggies during the night in the refrigerator.

I'm going to marinate my chicken in Iranian style spices, so I added turmeric, whole black pepper corn, bay leaves, garlic, sliced onion and of course 2 table spoon of salt to the cold water. Then let the chicken rest for a night or at least 5 hours before roasting in the oven.
