Injury is one of the worst things that can happen to a bodybuilder, the last few weeks I see everyone coming in the gym to rep weights with running shoes on lol 😆
Invest in a proper pair of weight lifting boots.

New pre-workout feedback
After taking my new pre-workout I must admit this is a must have in your gym arsenal. First, time I took it I was seriously fatigued from my day job and stress. Second, time I took it I had the weirdest feeling of never ending energy.
Shoulders Day ❤️ pre-workout was crucial for this session.
