هرمون الاستروجين قادر على التأثير على وظائف الأعضاء التالية

Ovaries: Estrogen helps stimulate the growth of the egg follicle.

Va**na: In the va**na, estrogen maintains the thicknessTrusted Source of the va**nal wall and promotes lubrication.

Uterus: Estrogen enhances and maintains the mucous membrane that lines the uterus. It also regulates the flow and thickness of uterine mucus secretions.

Breasts: The body uses estrogen in the formation of breast tissue. This hormone also helps stop the flow of milk after weaning.

ما هي أشكال هرمون Estrogen ؟
توجد ثلاثة انواع لهرمون الاستروجين تتكون بصورة رئيسية في جسم الانثى وهي
estrone (E1), estradiol (E2), and estriol (E3). Estradiol وهو النوع الشائع خلال فترة النضوج

Estrogen
الاستروجين هو الهرمون الانثوي الأساسي والذي ينتج من المبايض
والذي يكون مسؤول عن عملية التبويض والدورة الشهرية بالاضافة الى نمو الاثداء عند النساء
1️⃣الزيادة في إنتاج هرمون الاستروجين
في حالة فرط افراز هرمون الاستروجين فأنه قد يؤدي إلى زيارة احتمالية الإصابة بالسرطان
كما أن الزيارة منه تكون مرتبطة بعدة اعراض منها الكآبة ,زيادة الوزن ,صعوبة النوم كما يمكن أن يؤدي إلى الم في الرأس وعدم الرغبة الجنسية بالاضافة الى اضطرابات في الدورة الشهرية
2️⃣ قلة إنتاج هرمون الاستروجين
تؤدي القلة من هذا الهرمون الى لين العظام ومشاكل في الدورة الشهرية والعقم وتقلب المزاج

هرمون الاستروجين يقل مع تقدم العمر بصورة طبيعية

Oxidative Stress
Oxidative stress is a phenomenon caused by an imbalance between production and accumulation of oxygen reactive species (ROS) in cells and tissues and the ability of a biological system to detoxify these reactive products.
ROS can play, and in fact they do it, several physiological roles (i.e., cell signaling), and they are normally generated as by-products of oxygen metabolism; despite this, environmental stressors (i.e., UV, ionizing radiations, pollutants, and heavy metals) and xenobiotics (i.e., antiblastic drugs) contribute to greatly increase ROS production, therefore causing the imbalance that leads to cell and tissue damage (oxidative stress).
