On the account of National reading day, which was witnessed on 19 of June, we at Ebenezer Residential School, Yelagiri Hills, conducted a program for classes 1 - 9th. We had interesting programs according to the classes, like Bioscope for stds. 1, 2 and 3rd, Reading and meaning for 4th and 5th stds, story completion for 6th and 7th stds, lastly Tongue twisters for 8 and 9th stds. Remi Alwin of std. VIII emphasised the importance of reading.
Students thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was definitely a mind-boggling program.
