Job Description

Our client is a specialists metallurgy company. For one of their non-ferrous underground mine in Eastern Europe,
they have an opening for :

Mine manager/Senior Mine engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Mine Engineering from a reputed institute. Preference will be given to candidates holding Masters Degree in Mine Engineering.

EXPERIENCE

a minimum of 12 years relevant experience as a mine manager/Senior mine engineer of a non-ferrous underground mine. Specialised mine engineer in a Lead and Zinc underground mine (Gold is also acceptable) producing 1000t to 2000t per day.

The job role would include Planning and ex*****on of monthly and annual work plans, proper operation of all operating units.

Maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Preparation of strategy and planning work, monitoring the work process, control of technical documentation, work according to established
technical and legal norms, monitoring and establishing new methods of work.

LANGUAGE Must have excellent verbal and written English knowledge and be able to produce detailed technical reports in
English to top management.

COMPUTER Excellent MS Windows and Autocad skills.

The successful candidate will be based at a non-ferrous underground mine in Eastern Europe

Family status.

Fully furnished accomodation provided by company close to the mine site.

Economy Airtickets. Company pool car for official meetings.
