Mrs. Sindhu Gangadharan, Chairperson at SAP Labs, led a deeply insightful session offering perspectives on the variables of personal development, shifting the focus toward self-awareness and the essential life lessons required to thrive in a high-paced tech environment.

Stepping away from algorithms and technical frameworks, this candid discussion equipped our students to think long-term and make thoughtful, values-driven career decisions.

Key takeaways highlighted that success does not follow a fixed path and that learning from failures is a critical part of iterative growth. Encouraging professional confidence paired with humility, she advised the room to “Be bold, not loud”, while firmly reminding every student to stop comparing themselves to others because “You chart your own journey”.

Students Bhumi Mishra, Ashwin Pandey, and Prem Diwan secured *1st Runner Up* at SITNovate 2.0, a national-level 24-hour hackathon organized by *Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Nagpur,* where innovators collaborate to build solutions for real-world challenges.

The team showcased innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence, winning ₹15,000 prize money. 🏆
