Today is World Book Day. I am delighted to share my contributions to the field of Bharatanatyam through my book titled Nritya Shastra in Gujarati, a classical dance form.

Delighted to have received Mrs Dimple Patel from London. It was good to spend quality time, Niru and I enjoyed speaking to her in-person.

It is always good when we have our students come to us, visit and spend time with us.
And especially when they also practice and value Indian dance-arts, we feel satisfied of our *Sadhana* of several years.

All my students, always remember- this is your home always in Baroda (Vadodara).

And I love to do the virtual classes for those who are sincere towards their fitness, self care and a day in a week for Indian dance, from wherever in the world they are. My schedules are hectic, but there is always a slot for sincere students.

Happy Indian 77th Republic Day 🇮🇳

Purva school of Bharatanatyam has always helped bring out talents and nurture them.

As a teacher of Indian classical dance, I feel really satisfied when golden memories come back and help me recollect the hardwork, the consistent efforts of my students in their journey of learning under my guidance.

This divine art form has been reaching the pinnacle in the neat showcase, since back then.

Smt. Sh*tal Suvarnakar (Soni) had started learning this dance form under my tutelage when she was 11 years old. A very sincere and respectful girl, presented her debut solo Arengetral on 28-11-1990 successfully and set the bar higher for the others that followed after her. It has been 35 years, today, since then.

Her dance journey still continues unabated.
