EVERYONE PARTICIPATED IN YOGA
YOGA ORIGINATED FROM INDIA 5000 Years Back. Initially VEDIC YOGA Practiced during 1700-500 BC,Pre Classical Yoga during 500-200 BC,Classical Yoga during 200BC - 500 AD,Post Classical Yoga during 500-1500 AD AND After 1500 to till date we are practicing Modern Yoga.
