Hello! How are you all? I hope you all are doing great.
So, lastly we were doing direction game. With that same dotted page we can do more funthings. Today, I am going to show you how to use that same page for follow the patterns game. Make some grids on it and draw some patterns and askthe little ones to follow your pattern and do the same by themselves. First draw some easy patterns. Then, slowly increase the difficulty level. You can put a circle to show the starting point. Don’t worry I’ll show you some patterns to understand the concept better. This game is for 3-6 years age groups.
This game boosts a child's cognition and fine motorskills. And also boosts their observation skill. And last but not the least it keeps them away from watching TV or smart phones. 🤣
So, what are you waiting for? Go and draw your patterns!!!😍
That’s all for today!!! Hope to see you soon. God bless us all. Stay safe. Keep smiling!!!
Happy parenting from Kuheli’s classroom!!!❤️
Hello Readers and little ones!!! How are you all? I hope you all are doing great.
Firstly, I would like to convey my thanks and regards for your love and support. Those supports boost me to do more. Please keep supporting me. Thank you all once again. 😇❤️💖
So, today I’ll tell you about a game called direction game. This game is for 3-4 years age groups. Children get confused when we ask them to go to the right or go to the left or go to my left, not yours😂 etc. So, today we will learn this confusing activity through a dotted worksheet. I’ll attach a photo you can take print outs if you want. So, what you need to do is take an A4 size paper or any blank page and draw some dots and give one exercise like 6 right (draw right arrow), 7 down (draw down arrow) , 5 left (draw left arrow)and ask them to join the dots according to the given instructions. You can also play this game with their toys. Draw roads with colourful chalks on the floor and give them a car or any toy and give them directions as per your choice. You can draw zebra crossing too and can explain the importance of this. You can also play this game with a story. Like, "Today, we are going to your MAMA BARI 😂 and you are taking me ." This way they feel more connected with this game.
This game not only gives directional ideas but also improves your child's motor skills, counting ability and also boosts their concentration.
Bye for now. Hope to see you soon. Till then take care, stay safe and obviously follow covid guidelines.
Love you my little munchkins!!! God bless you all. ❤️❤️❤️
Happy parenting from Kuheli’s Classroom. 😍
Hello! How are you all? I hope you all are doing prodigious.
Today, I am going to share some tips about handwriting, the common challenging job for all parents. I’ll discuss this step by step. See, our pre-schools start at the age of 1.5 months just before they are 1 and half years old. At this age their fingers are too delicate to hold a pencil. So, first we need to make their muscle strong. 💪
Step 1: Knead the dough :
When they are 1.5years old let them knead the dough. Don’t give them a lot. Give as per their ability. This is a great exercise to make the finger muscles strong.
Step 2 : Open the lids:
Next when they are 1.7 years old allow them to open the lids of bottles by using three fingers i.e. thumb, index and middle fingers. This exercise also helps to build stronger finger muscles.
Step 3: Collect the chickpeas and kidney beans.
Take a bowl and mix the chickpeas and kidney beans and ask them to collect the chickpeas in a separate bowl or vice-versa. You can also use bengal gram. Ask them to do this work by using the three fingers again. This activity not only helps to build stronger finger muscles but also boosts your child’s cognitive development.
Step 4: Scribbling
When they are 1.10 years old allow them to scribble. Show them how to hold the pencils. You can use slate and slate pencils and plastic crayons (not wax crayons or pastel colours) and of course pencil and paper. I suggest not to use chalks as they produce dust. If your child has dust allergy then it may create trouble.
Step 5: Tracing:
When they are 2.2 years old allow them to trace. Write the alphabets with dotted lines and ask them to trace. You can also buy My First Book of Patterns Pencil Control by Wonder House.
That’s all for today. Hope to see you soon. God bless you all. Stay safe. Keeps smilling! 😀
And Happy Children’s Day to all the cute munchkins.❤️❤️❤️
Subho Bijoya! May this holy day bring joy and prosperity to your life. Wishing you a blessed Subho Bijoya from Kuheli's Classroom! May you and your family receive all the happiness stay delighted with the blessings of goddess Durga.
Hello Everyone! How are you all? I hope you all are doing great. Sorry for keeping you wait. Actually, there were lots of things happening in my life that’s why I am late. Well, it is said that the hands of excuses are l-o-n-g. 😜😜😜
Today, I am going to share an interesting activity for your 3-6 years old searching minds. Yes, it is a searching activity. It is called Spot the differences . Most of us are well known about this activity. In this activity, you have to identify the difference between two pictures that appears similar at a glance but actually they are not. 😳😳😳
This activity helps your child in many ways. This activity boosts their observation skill, concentration power and fine motor skill. There are plenty of exercises available on internet on this activity. You can download them or you can buy SPOT THE DIFFERENCES BOOK by WONDER HOUSE. Their book is really awesome.
Ok. Bye for now. Hope to see you soon.
God bless you all. Love you all my cute little observers. 😍😍😍

Coming up next: How to boost your little ones handwriting.
Hello!!! Readers and little ones!!! How are you all? I hope you all are doing great.
Today, I am going to tell you a new thing about brain boosting activity. Now tell me are you going to believe me if I say your 4 years old can solve SUDOKU? Ok, Ok. Some of you will believe me and some are making faces. Ok, ok. Don’t frown. I can see that. 😜 Jokes apart. They can solve picture Sudoku, alphabet Sudoku and as well as numbers Sudoku. First explain to them how to play Sudoku game? Like they have to make sure that when they put in pictures, numbers or alphabets, it should not be repeated in the same column or row. That is, there should be only one picture, number or alphabet of the same kind in all the lines. I suggest that first start with easier ones. That will help them to build their confidence. Gradually you can introduce the tougher ones. You can get plenty of Sudoku puzzles from internet. I’ll attach one or two pictures to make you understand it better.
That’s all for today. Bye bye. Take care.
Wishing a very happy teacher’s day from Kuheli’s Classroom to all the mothers because mothers are the first and foremost teachers. ❤️

Amazing Maze🤗
Hello readers and my little munchkins!!! ♥️How are you all? I hope you all are doing great.
Today, I am here again to show you an interesting game called Maze. You can start this when your child is just 3. At the age of 3 you will introduce number maze. I’ll attach a photo. You can also download maze images from internet. For, 4+ age group you can show them proper mazes like find the way. Initially you will show them where the road is closed and explain to them why we cannot go through that way. Gradually, they will be able to recognize and solve the maze. Children love stories. So, every maze comes with a unique story line. You can also buy 101 maze activity book. This book is super cool.
Skills : This game helps to develop your child’s fine motor skill, problem solving skill and logical reasoning skills.
Bye for now. Stay blessed and safe. Happy parenting from Kuheli's Classroom. ❤️
Hello readers and little ones!!!
How are you all? I hope you all are doing great. Today, I am going to discuss about the introduction of addition to 3+ age groups. So, you can introduce addition at these very early days but remember as a concept. NOT ON PEN AND PAPER. I repeat as a concept. You will introduce addition as forward counting. I’ll explain with some activities. If your child is just 3 then wait for another 3 months to introduce it. At the age of 3 they know the numbers from 1-50. But when it comes to addition I suggest start it with the number range from 1 to 10. Gradually increase the number range.
You will start to introduce this by telling stories. Like, “today, Piku (put your child’s name) and mumma are going to play a new game. We are going to search candy treasures”. Before starting the story, you will hide some candies somewhere and together you will find them. You will hide the candies this way, like 3 candies in one room and 4 candies in other room. (You can use anything as per your choice. Like, crayon colours, colour pencils, hair clips, toys etc.) After that you will ask her/him to count all the candies together. Here comes the concept of addition. You will say “we get 3 candies from blue room and 4 candies from green room. How many candies do we have now?” When they get comfortable with this you may introduce addition with ice-cream sticks, picture cards etc. I’ll attach a video.
Bye for now. Stay happy and safe children. God bless you all.♥️
Happy parenting from Kuheli’s Classroom. ♥️
Ding D**g!!!
Hello readers! How are you all? Today, I am going to show you a concentration game for your little ones. This game is for 3+ age groups.
Kids are very unique. They have good observation skills. They have good memory, sometimes they are very innovative. But the problem is they get bored easily. They are very fickle minded in nature. They can’t spend a lot of time on one thing (except playing 🤣🤣🤣). It’s quite normal. We can’t expect them to read for hours instead we can teach things while they are playing. We can teach things with their toys or we can build educational toys for them. They love such toys.
The name of this game is ‘Weird Bird’. This is a magnet magic game. You can introduce this game by saying that “generally , we know that birds eat fish, worms, grains etc. But this bird loves to eat shapes. Can you imagine a bird is eating shapes? Let us see”. For the first time when you are introducing the weird bird game doesn’t tell about the magnet. Let them discover. It will double up their fun.
This game has many benefits. This game not only helps in hand eye correlation but also strengthens their cognition, puzzle solving, counting valuation, reasoning abilities etc. For 4+ age groups you can also introduce CVC words and simple addition or subtraction through this game.
For 3 + age groups you can introduce alphabets (capital and small both), numbers, colours and shapes etc. through this game.
That is all for today. Be safe. Stay healthy and strong. God bless you all. Love you little munchkins. 😍
Happy parenting from Kuheli's Classroom. ❤️
