Despite the difficult hours of the recent past, I learned quite a few golden things-

2. I am blessed with a family, friends and a strong team that will stand by me through hell and high water.
3. Everyone who supported me through any gesture whatsoever is a cherished member of that team, as far as I am concerned.
4. When things explode the wrong way, the people around you matter more than anything else in life.

As we mark our 78th Independence Day 🇮🇳

let's pause and reflect,

With the recent tragedy of a female doctor being brutally attacked and murdered, we must ask: Is this the freedom we celebrate? But are we truly free when our mothers, sisters, and daughters live in fear?

Is it truly independence when women cannot walk freely at night without fear, and when the very system meant to protect them often fails them?

The fear that grips women walking alone at night and the blame they often face for the violence against them reveal a harsh reality we must confront.

Freedom means more than just a flag and a celebration—it means ensuring that every individual can enjoy their rights and safety fully.

True independence is not just about political freedom but ensuring that every woman is safe and respected in her own life. Until we can guarantee that safety for all, our journey to true freedom is far from complete.

Let's strive for a nation where every individual's right to security and dignity is paramount.

The best thing that came out of joining the IRS was meeting brilliant people and the friends I made with them over the years.

Thanks for eveything, Shri Amit Kumar Singh- you are the best of them all.

Not everyone understands the nightmares or the anxiety or the soul-crushing pressure of facing the UPSC exam...esp. if one has not been through it themselves.

Not surprisingly , it has been said that thousands of people in our country are wasting their time in pursuit of the UPSC exam...

I believe in the transformative power of UPSC preparation because it happened to me and to many others who I know.

My belief was enough for me to quit the IRS and take-up UPSC mentorship full-time.

My Extended Family of UPSC Aspirants,

Today, I find myself at a crossroads of emotions, humbled and honored, as I share with you a milestone that is not just mine but ours.

" I have been awarded the Prestigious BW Education 40 under 40 Award."

This recognition is a testament not just to an individual's endeavor but to a collective journey of persistence.

This award recognizes my contributions to mentoring UPSC aspirants across the country. However, I see it as an acknowledgment of our shared aspirations and the unwavering spirit of every student who has embarked on this challenging journey.

My role as a psychologist has always been at the core of my approach, bridging technology with education to create a significant impact on young minds. The innovative methods we've adopted together have not just been about preparing for exams but nurturing a mindset ready to tackle the complexities of the world with a balanced and informed perspective.

The decision to quit my job in the IRS to take up mentorship full-time was not made lightly. It was driven by a dedication to this cause and a belief in the transformative power of education.

Our journey has been about more than just passing an exam; it has been about building a community of informed, empathetic, and empowered individuals ready to lead with integrity and compassion.
