We had challenge our CSE Champs & Parents for 1 minute Plank Test. We had loads of participants across age groups successfully do last weeks challenge. Well done everyone and look forward for the same passion in this weeks challenge ❤❤❤

This weeks 1 minute challenge comes from . We challenge you to do the "Full Plank" or "Full Plank with Shoulder Tap" - whatever youll comfortable with. Do share your videos & we will be happy to upload them on social media

We had Sherwyn Sir challenge our CSE Champs & Parents do the "Wall Sit" for 1 minute. We had 38 participants across 5 to 50 Years accept & successfully do last weeks challenge. Well done everyone and look forward for the same passion in this weeks challenge ❤❤❤
