Having lost a loved one to su***de. The grief, the questions, the guilt and moments that will never be complete feel so heavy! I share this not just as my truth, but to raise awareness. By talking about it, we can break the stigma. By listening, we can create spaces where others don’t have to feel so alone in their pain.

Behind every thought of su***de is a deep struggle with despair, loneliness or feeling like a burden. What people truly long for is not death, but relief and hope. Let’s break the silence. Let’s make it safe to say, “I’m not okay.”
Let’s raise awareness that promotes care and compassion, not judgment !

Ever feel like you and your partner are speaking different languages? It’s not about what you say, but whether you are truly heard. When you are heard, you are understood, and that’s where your healing begins.

What feels like overreaction in adulthood…
is often a perfectly reasonable reaction from a child still living in your nervous system.

Abandonment doesn’t always come from neglect.
Sometimes, it’s emotional absence, inconsistent love, or simply not being seen.

But healing is possible, when your body finally feels what it missed:
Safety. Consistency. Connection.

Not every emotion needs to be “”fixed.”” Some just need to be felt — with someone safe nearby.

When your child is hurting and you don’t know why, your presence matters more than perfect words. These simple phrases tell them:

“You’re not alone. You’re allowed to feel. I’m here.”

Save this for the hard days.

When two people fight, it’s rarely just about the fight.
It’s about feeling unseen, unheard, and unsupported.

Couples therapy isn’t about choosing sides or pointing fingers.
It’s about asking the questions neither of you could say out loud —
The ones that lead to real conversations, not just repeated arguments.

Like the sun holding space for two moons in different phases,

A therapist helps you pause, reflect, and rebuild a connection.
