Beginners Must follow the following Training Schedule (Training 6 Days a Week & Keep 1 Day Off)

Step 1: Warm-up Exercises (15-20 Minutes)
Step 2: Flexibility Exercises (20-30 Minutes)
Step 3: All Stances (25 Each Sides)
Step 4: All Punches (25 Each Sides)
Step 5: All Kicks (25 Each Sides)
Step 6: All Blocks (25 Each Sides)
Step 7: Relax Exercises (5-10 Minutes)

And then atleast 30 Minutes Rest after martial arts training.

Martial arts is a discipline itself. Today you are a student, and tomorrow you will become a teacher if you will learn it sincerely.

So every student has to understand the relationship of a teacher and student. Because someday when you will become a teacher then you will expect the same respect from your student. A teacher is one who makes things easy for you to learn and understand things, to clear your doubts. To take you on a right path to build a strong character and a good human being.

First lesson for every martial art student, when you ask any question or talk to a Martial Arts Teacher or Coach or any Senior student then pay respect. Don't use the words "Are you guys" or "Hey Guys" or "Hey" or "Buddy" or "Dude" or similar words that are commonly used in chatting.
