☀️ Heat Alert!
If you’re experiencing headaches or fatigue, it could be due to dehydration in this heat.
💧 Hydrate well through the day
🥥 Add coconut water, lemon water, or buttermilk
🍉 Include water-rich fruits like watermelon & cucumber
Your body needs more fluids in summer — don’t wait until you feel thirsty.

On 18 February 2026, Sankalp School, Mumbai, organised a structured awareness lecture for parents by Mrs Poonam Kalia, a renowned dietician from INHS Asvini. The session was aimed at sensitising parents to the “Critical Role of Nutrition in the Holistic Development of Children” with special needs.
Mrs Kalia elaborated on the principles of a balanced diet, appropriate portion sizes and specific nutritional requirements, emphasising the direct impact of diet on immunity, behaviour regulation, concentration levels and overall growth. She also shared practical and easily implementable strategies for planning nutritious home-cooked meals, healthy tiffin options, limiting junk food consumption and maintaining adequate hydration.
The programme concluded with an engaging interactive session, wherein parents’ queries were addressed comprehensively.

❄️ Winter Health Tip
Eat warm, eat seasonal, eat healing.
Winter foods aren’t just comfort — they’re nature’s medicine 🌿
Add these to your plate:
🥕 Carrot, beetroot, sweet potato – for immunity & glow
🥬 Methi, shepu, sarson – for digestion & hormones
🥜 Peanuts, sesame, dates – for warmth & joint health
🥛 Turmeric milk / herbal teas – for recovery & sleep
💡 Winter Rule:
Cold drinks + raw salads = slow digestion
Warm meals + spices = faster metabolism
Respect the season. Heal from the kitchen. 💚

A mother’s journey, a team effort.
In her first trimester, high sugar levels worried her — but with the right nutrition plan and her sincere dedication, she turned it around in just 2 weeks.
She stayed committed throughout her pregnancy and welcomed a healthy baby girl via normal delivery. 💗
Takeaway: When we follow the process with honesty, the results truly follow. ✨
