Day 2 Highlights | Faculty Development Program on AI in Education

Successfully concluded Day 2 of the intensive Faculty Development Program on “AI Tools, Applications, and the Future of Teaching” with an enthusiastic group of 75 educators from the Bavdhan and other branches of Periwinkle School and College.

The sessions focused on practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in education, innovative pedagogical approaches, ethical use of AI, personalized learning, assessment strategies, and the evolving role of educators in an AI-driven world. The discussions reinforced a critical message—while AI can enhance efficiency and transform learning experiences, the human touch, empathy, creativity, and mentorship of teachers remain irreplaceable.

The active participation, insightful discussions, and eagerness to embrace future-ready educational practices made the program a truly enriching experience.

Over the course of two days, we engaged with 150 educators through 14 hours of intensive learning, hands-on exploration, and meaningful dialogue on AI in Education, creating a shared vision for the future of teaching and learning.

Day 1 Highlights | Faculty Development Program on AI in Education

Successfully conducted an intensive full-day Faculty Development Program on “AI Tools, Applications, and the Future of Teaching” for the dedicated educators of Periwinkle School and College from the Sus and Paud branches.

The session focused on empowering teachers with practical AI tools, innovative teaching strategies, and the importance of maintaining the right balance between human intelligence and artificial intelligence in the learning process. We explored how AI can enhance teaching effectiveness, personalize learning experiences, and reduce administrative workload, while preserving the irreplaceable role of educators in nurturing creativity, critical thinking, values, and human connection.

It was a highly engaging and insightful learning experience with the enthusiastic participation of 75 teachers, who actively contributed to discussions, hands-on activities, and future-ready educational practices.

Honoured to participate in the Economic Times Education Round Table Conference, organized by Camu, alongside distinguished university leaders and academic administrators.

The discussion focused on "Re-Architecting Higher Education Systems: Embedding AI into Digital Infrastructure" at Novotel Pune.

It was a privilege to share my perspectives on integrating Artificial Intelligence into institutional ecosystems, transforming academic workflows, enhancing decision-making, and building future-ready universities. I am grateful that my insights were well received and appreciated by fellow university leaders and experts.
