I want you to try something with me. ❤️

For the next 60 seconds…

Don't think about the past.

Don't worry about the future.

Just breathe.

And say:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Now pause…

And notice what you're feeling.

There is no right or wrong response.

Maybe you feel peaceful.

Maybe emotional.

Maybe nothing at all.

Just notice.

🌿 If you completed the practice, comment “DONE” below.

And save this Reel—you may want to come back to it when your heart feels heavy.

We spend so much of our lives saying:

“I love you” to everyone else…

But how often do we say it to ourselves? ❤️

To the scared version of us.

The rejected version.

The heartbroken version.

The version that thought:

“Maybe I'm not good enough.”

Today, pause for a moment…

Put your hand on your heart and say:

I see you.
I accept you.
I forgive you.
I love you. ❤️

Because sometimes…

the healing we've been waiting for from others has to begin with the love we give ourselves.

🌿. Next Part — Let's practice all four Ho’oponopono words together.

“Thank You” for something that hurt me?

No.

Not necessarily for the pain.

But perhaps…

for the lesson.
for the strength.
for the awareness.
for the growth. ❤️

You don't have to call what happened “good.”

You don't have to forget.

You don't even have to excuse what someone did.

But you can choose to stop allowing that experience to define your present.

Thank you for what I learned.
Thank you for who I am becoming. 🌿

That's the deeper question behind “Thank You” in our Ho’oponopono journey.

❤️ Next: “I LOVE YOU” — but who are you saying it to?

“Please forgive me…”

But wait…
Who am I actually asking to forgive me? 🤔

If someone hurt you, betrayed you, rejected you or walked away from you…

and you know you didn't do anything wrong…

why would you say “Please forgive me”?

Because sometimes the person leaves…

but the pain stays.

The conversation ends…

but we keep replaying it in our mind.

The relationship ends…

but the emotional memory remains.

Ho’oponopono invites us to turn inward and gently acknowledge what we are still carrying.

“Please forgive me” doesn't have to mean:

“It was my fault.”

It can mean:

“I am ready to stop carrying this pain.”

Forgiveness doesn't mean what happened was okay.

It means you choose your peace over carrying the pain forever. ❤️

And now comes the BIG question…

Why would Ho’oponopono ask us to say “THANK YOU” for something that hurt us?

“But I didn’t do anything wrong… so why should I say I’m sorry?”

This is probably one of the biggest questions people have when they first hear about Ho’oponopono. ❤️

When we say “I’m sorry”, it doesn't have to mean:

“I am guilty.”

Instead, you can approach it as acknowledging the pain, emotions and memories that are still living inside you.

Someone may have hurt you.

Someone may have betrayed you.

Someone may have left you.

You may be completely justified in feeling hurt.

But if that pain is still disturbing your peace today…

your healing can begin with what is happening inside YOU. 🌿

That is the beautiful perspective Ho’oponopono invites us to explore.

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you. ❤️

And now comes the BIG question…

If I didn't do anything wrong… who am I saying “Please forgive me” to?

What if healing someone else… begins with healing yourself? ❤️

There is a fascinating story about Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len and Ho’oponopono that has inspired thousands of people around the world.

The story says that instead of focusing on changing his patients, Dr. Hew Len focused on his own inner world.

And he repeatedly practiced four simple words:

✨ I’m sorry.
🙏 Please forgive me.
💛 Thank you.
❤️ I love you.

But what do these four words really mean?

And how can something so simple become a practice for emotional healing?

That’s the journey I want to share with you. 🌿

Because sometimes, the person we need to heal first… is ourselves.

Follow me for more on Ho’oponopono, EFT & emotional healing. ❤️
