There is a frequent question on how an agency can be a PMKVY franchise? We are providing here the guidelines and procedures to be followed by an agency to apply for PMKVY programme.

All the center or private training partners whether they are corporate or government affiliated, all have to go through Central Accreditation and Affiliation process. Any exception would be processed only for some serious and different cases. Such cases will be entitled to some different approach as suggested by the committee.

🇮🇳️ There is a registration fee of about Rs. 12000 that has to be paid by all the training centers and an annual monitoring fee of Rs. 8000 needs to be paid to monitor for all the activities of the training center. There is a fee of Rs. 10000 for every job role that will be paid separately for each job role by the center.

🇮🇳️ Affiliation will then be granted to the training centers which go by and complete all the requirements, all according to the job roles.

🇮🇳️ A team for PMKVY will also get associated with all the training centers. They would then be able to deliver the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana in a proper and effective manner. Some government sponsored programs can also be provided by the training centers by keeping in mind all the rules imposed by the respective authority.

🇮🇳️ Any PMKVY franchisee will be given less priority and by careful consideration of their performances, they will either by converted to a dedicated center or be removed.

🇮🇳️ All first level franchises are able to work under the PMKVY scheme and there needs to be a proper connection and cooperation between the PMKVY franchisee and franchisor. Diligence from both the sides is of utmost importance.

A legal agreement will govern the franchisee and franchisor. The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) will not interfere in any kind of dispute or problem that could arise between both the parties.

🇮🇳️ No other operations pertaining to any kind of business are allowed to be carried out by the franchisee with the usage of facilities and resources provided for efficient ex*****on of PMKVY scheme. In such a situation, if rules aren't followed, this kind of activity will lead to termination.

🇮🇳️ Training center will be assessed at all times and have to maintain proper attendance. Any student who will not be having a bank account will be provided a Jan Dhan account with the help of the training center where they will be training.

🇮🇳️ Digital and advanced training facilities with able instructors are greatly praised by SSC as well as NSDC. Training sessions will be closely monitored and they need to make sure that their curriculum is up to the mark and completely relevant to employability.

The recent Economic Survey 2016-17 of the ministry of finance analyses the growth of the apparel sector, and reveals that there is ample scope for development.

The Textiles sector is one of the largest contributors to India’s exports with approximately 11 per cent of total exports. The textiles industry is also labour intensive and is one of the largest employers.

The apparel sector has a tremendous opportunity for growth and job creation, which directly leads to economic growth. The aim of all industrial policy promotion is to implement them without risk. But the apparel sector can boost exports, employment and social transformation by employing women.

The future for the Indian textile industry looks promising, buoyed by both strong domestic consumption as well as export demand. But the current training infrastructure is inadequate on both number of people trained and also the quality of training being imparted. Also, very few of the training initiatives are targeted at the shop floor level. The newly inducted workers learn through informal training and learning from the experience of the existing work force.

The Electronics Industry in India took off around 1965 with an orientation towards space and defence technologies. In recent years the electronic industry is growing at a brisk pace.
