R410A and R32 are refrigerants commonly used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The term "blasting" likely refers to instances where these refrigerants have caused explosive decompression or other hazardous events. Such incidents can occur due to various reasons:

High Pressure: Both R410A and R32 operate at higher pressures compared to older refrigerants like R22. Systems not designed to handle these pressures can fail, leading to explosions.

Improper Handling: Incorrect handling during installation or maintenance can lead to the release of refrigerant under high pressure, causing sudden decompression and potential injury.

Contaminants: The presence of contaminants such as moisture or air in the refrigerant lines can cause chemical reactions that increase pressure or create corrosive substances, leading to system failure.

Overcharging: Adding too much refrigerant can result in excessively high pressures, which can cause components to burst.

Mechanical Failures: Defects in the manufacturing of the refrigerant system components, such as weak joints or faulty compressors, can lead to failure under high pressure.

Flammability: R32 is mildly flammable (classified as A2L), meaning that under certain conditions, such as a high concentration in the presence of an ignition source, it can ignite and cause an explosion.

Thermal Expansion: Exposure to high temperatures can cause the refrigerant to expand and increase in pressure, potentially leading to bursting or explosions.

To prevent such incidents, it's crucial to:

Use equipment rated for the pressures of R410A and R32.
Follow proper installation and maintenance procedures.
Ensure that the system is properly evacuated and free of contaminants.
Avoid overcharging the system.
Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to detect and address potential issues before they lead to failure.
