Idea Screening Camp | 27 July 2026

Innovation begins with a single idea. The Centre for Research and Development (CFRD), K. Ramakrishnan College of Technology, in association with the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST), successfully organized an Idea Screening Camp to encourage creative thinking, research-driven innovation, and entrepreneurial excellence among students and aspiring innovators.

The camp served as a dynamic platform for participants to present their innovative ideas, receive expert guidance, and explore opportunities for transforming concepts into impactful research and real-world solutions.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Mr. A. Albert Francis, Patent Engineer – KRGI, for sharing valuable insights on innovation, intellectual property, and patent development. We also thank Dr. M. Velmurugan (Event Coordinator) and Dr. V. Vijayan (CFRD / Head) for their leadership and support in making this initiative a meaningful success.
