Meet Sandhya Mannath from Cheruthuruthy, Kerala, nominated in the Excellence in Medical Services category at the South India Women Achievers Awards 2026.
With over 18 years of experience in Ayurveda and holistic wellness, she has built a strong professional journey across healthcare, education, and wellness tourism.
As the Director and CEO of Nilayoram Ayurveda Retreat and PNNM Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Sandhya works to promote traditional Ayurvedic practices, quality healthcare, and professional education.
Her work also focuses on sustainable development, community well-being, and creating opportunities for women to grow personally and professionally.
Through her leadership in Ayurveda, education, and wellness, she continues to contribute to the growth of traditional healthcare while making it accessible to more people.
