Gabled roof of Mangalore pattern tiles and straight rafters and ceiling of timber beneath. There are elliptical ventilators and arched window openings. Constructed in 1917 AD.

Single storey courtyard type house. Building adjacent to this one has a Greek pediment which was constructed 7 years later. Constructed in 1931 AD.

Courtyard type (Nalukettu) house, with sloping roof of Mangalore pattern tiles. The main material of construction are laterite blocks in lime mortar. Constructed around 1900 AD.

Formerly owned by the Royal Family of Travancore Kingdom. Presently owned by the NCC wing of the State. Constructed in 1880 AD by H.H. Swathi Thirunal.
