Amazing energy and active participation from the FCI employees during the self-defence workshop. Even after a heavy lunch session, the enthusiasm and commitment were truly impressive. Grateful for the opportunity to share knowledge and empower such a dedicated group. 💪🔥
It was truly an honour and a proud moment to conduct a self-defence session for the staff at Kerala Raj Bhavan and to share the dais with the respected Lady governor Anagha Arlekar ma'am.
Being felicitated by the Honourable Lady Governor after the workshop made the occasion even more special. Moments like these strengthen the mission of spreading practical self-defence and empowering more people through Krav Maga and combat sports.

Indian clubs (mudgar) are traditional training tools used in Indian wrestling (Pehlwani) and by old-school fighters. They’re excellent for strength, mobility, and joint health—especially for combat sports like MMA and grappling.

Krav Maga is a self defense and fighting system developed by the Israel Defense Forces. It is a practical and tactical system and teaches how to prevent, deal and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. Krav Maga prepares trainees in the subjects of self defense, self protection, fighting and combat skills and skills to defend others. It is used by Military and Law Enforcement Agencies Globally. In a street fight there are no rules and Krav Maga teaches you how to survive in a fight with no rules. It is suitable for all age groups and working professionals.
