Presenting a case of dental implants, with immediate implant placement in 46 region, also implants placed in 15,17 and 27 region (patient presented with implant already placed in 25 region). Screw retained prosthesis in place from 15-17,25-27 and 46.

Presenting an attempt towards provisionalisation of a single unit implant (Osstem mini) using direct composite over the provisional cylinder. Replicating peri implant tissue is done by a technique mentioned by Kenneth F Hinds (Hinds K, Custom impression coping for exact registration of the healed tissue in the esthetic implant restoration, IJPRD, 1997, vol. 17, no. 6). Awaiting any critical suggestions and feedback from one and all. Final case in process.
