rava cake recipe | semolina cake recipe | suji cake or sooji cake with detailed photo and video recipe. basically a spongy & sweet cake recipe prepared from rava or semolina with curd and milk. it has a strong similarities to basbousa, an native egyptian and traditional middle eastern sweet cake which is mainly prepared from sooji and dry fruits.
while the cake can be prepared without any flavourings, but occasionally it is topped with orange syrup, coconut milk, rose water or any other flavored sugar syrup. however, this recipe is simple sponge rava cake without any flavour.

रवा केक रेसिपी की सामग्री :
सूजी 1 कप
चीनी 3/4 कप
वेजिटेबल ऑयल 2 स्पून
बेकिंग पाउडर 1 टी स्पून
बेकिंग सोडा 1/2 टी स्पून
दही 1 कप
दूध 1 कप
मैदा 1/2 कप
इलायची पाउडर 1/2 टी स्पून

रवा केक रेसिपी बनाने की वि​धि :
Step 1
सबसे पहले, एक बड़े बोल में सूजी, दही, दूध, चीनी, वेजिटेबल ऑयल डालकर अच्छी तर मिक्स कर लें। 25-30 मिनट के लिए इस मिक्चर को ऐसे ही छोड़ दें।
Step 2
अब, बेकिंग पाउडर, बेकिंग, इलायची पाउडर सोडा और मैदा के मिकचर में डालकर मिला लें. दूसरी तरफ, बेकिंग डिश को तेल लगाकर ग्रीस कर लें और तैयार बैटर को ग्रीस किए हुए टिन में डाल दें
Step 3
केक को 40 मिनट तक पकाएं। टूथपिक की मदद से चेक करें कि केक तैयार है या नहीं
Step 4
केक पूरी तरह ठंडा हो जाए तो टिन के चारो तरफ चाकू की मदद से केक को किनारों से हटा दें और टिन के ऊपर प्लेट रख कर टिन को उलट लें। सर्व करें!

Bottle Gourd halwa recipe, Sorakaya Halwa Recipe, Dhudhi Halwa Recipe, Vrat Recipe Lauki ka Halwa, बिना मावा के लौकी का हलवा
Lauki halwa or dudhi is a sweet Indian dessert made of bottle gourd and taste super delicious. lauki halwa is so simple that you will enjoy making it any time of the year!

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd(louki)-1(750 gm)
Milk(boiled milk)-2 cup (250 ml)
Sugar-1 cup
Cardamom powder(elaichi powder)-1/4 tsp
Ghee-2 tbsp
Dry fruits

Getting Ready:
1.Peel and cut the bottle gourds into big chunks and grate them. Finely chop the almonds and cashews and stone grind green cardamom seeds into fine powder.

Making:

2. Add Ghee to pan and roast Bottle gourd for 2 minutes. Then add sugar to it and place it on medium flame to simmer. Cover and cook it on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes till it becomes tender and fragrant.
3. Then add Milk in the pan and mix really well. Again cook the halwa on medium flame until its juice evaporates completely as the bottle gourd will release its juice after adding sugar. Stir the halwa at regular intervals
4.Later, add dry fruits and green cardamom powder in the halwa and mix thoroughly. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes more and turn off the flame and transfer it in a bowl.

And your Lauki halwa is ready to eat.
