Why do people don't find results after months of training??
Most common issue is because the nutrition is not in place (protein intake being most neglected).
One need to understand that muscles are made up of protein and at the gym or during training we only breakdown our body, strength and muscle gain happens later during rest and recovery backed with good nutrition.
Only getting into fitness will not necessarily yield result. Body needs to recover and repair the damage from the physical stress it has been into.
Even inactive people fail to reach their daily protein requirements, the requirements increase with activity levels.
LACK OF PROTEIN INTAKE may even lead to MUSCLE LOSS.

Why is posture assessment so important in a fitness journey?
Due to inactive lifestyle,
incorrect lifestyle habits,
sedentary work pattern,
long hours of sitting, etc.
people have developed a bad /incorrect posture over time.
human body adapts to a certain style of movement patterns, which if incorrect may lead to muscle imbalance and then over years body starts aching and paining, most common condition are neck, lowerback, knee etc.
Before joining into a fitness program it is important to undergo a POSTURE ASSESSMENT, so as the understand a client's current posture, which might help the trainer to make a EFFECTIVE program, not hampering the incorrect posture as well as suggest corrective measures so as to improve the posture.
Training in a bad posture may even worsen the posture or may cause serious injury.

A strong reason why should women lift weights...
The above report is of a women in her 50's.
Dexa scan report which shows your bone density.
This is a very common issue in ageing women,
They tent to lose calcium from the bones after menopause... it is a phase where body is not able to make new and stronger bone... Which leads to osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, osteopenia , all indicate weak bones.
These conditions leads to frequent fractures, arthritis, and repair becomes slow and difficult..
How to delay /avoid such conditions:-
The best way is to strength training or loading body with weights at early ages (before 30s).. loading or putting stress on your bones makes body understand that it needs to strengthen the bones so as to bear the load.. this in turn along with good nutrition build stronger bones.. it is bodys adaptation that overcomes the load with stronger self..
Also due to ageing (which begins at around 30 yrs of age), body becomes weak so does muscles and bones.. and menopause adds to the bones loss..
When the bones are trained over the years.. calcium loss after menopause phase can be reduced to a great extent and you can enjoy a BETTER PHYSICAL LIFE..

Importance of core training
-Strong core muscles lead to improved balance and stability , whether standing or doing any physical activity.
-helps reduce stress on spine and helps keep your posture correct.
-Protects internal organs.
-makes everyday life easier.
Core is not just about crunches. Core needs to be isometrically, ex. Plank. As most of the activities in life needs your core to be stable and strong, without crunched position.
