Preamble Reading @ ARHS Teliamura

To instill the values of the Indian Constitution and to reinforce the ideals of democracy, liberty, equality, and fraternity, ARHS Teliamura organized a Preamble Reading Event on Constitution day i.e 26 November 2024 The event aimed to foster a sense of pride and responsibility among students and staff by emphasizing the principles enshrined in the Preamble.The reading was led by Mr Joy Saha with everyone repeating after them in unison. The resonating voices of students and teachers reflected a collective commitment to the democratic ethos of the nation.

Poetry Recitation Activity for Preprimary Classes

The preprimary section of our school recently hosted a delightful Poetry Recitation Activity that brought together the innocence, creativity, and charm of our young learners. The event was designed to encourage self-expression, develop confidence, and foster a love for language and rhythm in our little ones.

The tiny tots enthusiastically participated, reciting poems with captivating gestures, lively expressions, and flawless diction. From rhymes about nature and animals to heartfelt verses about kindness and friendship, each child brought a unique flavor to the stage. Their colorful costumes and imaginative props added an extra layer of excitement to the event.

Plantation activity by our little hearts , Teliamura

To instill a love for nature and an understanding of the importance of plants, the pre-primary students of our school enthusiastically participated in a plantation activity on 22nd November 2024 .
This hands-on experience aimed to make children aware of the need to care for the environment and the role plants play in sustaining life.
The little ones planted a variety of saplings, including flowering plants and herbs, in the school garden. Teachers guided them through the process .

Inter-House Science Quiz Competition @ ARHS, Teliamura
The Inter-House Science Quiz Competition was conducted with great enthusiasm and fervor on 19 th November 2024 ,showcasing the students' curiosity and passion for science. This engaging event aimed to encourage critical thinking, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of scientific concepts.

Participants from each house demonstrated remarkable knowledge, confidence, and quick thinking as they competed in various rounds, including:

1. General Science – Testing their grasp of fundamental concepts
2. Visual Round – Identifying scientific phenomena, inventions, and personalities.
3. Rapid Fire – Answering as many questions as possible within a time limit.
The competition witnessed a nail-biting finish as teams battled for the top position. . The event served as a platform to nurture scientific temperament

🌟 Children's Day Celebration at Assam Rifles High School , Teliamura 🌟

We celebrated Children's Day with endless joy, laughter, and creativity! Our students experienced a day filled with fun activities, performances, and surprises, making it a memorable occasion for everyone. From fun filled activities to vibrant cultural performances, every corner of the school resonated with the pure joy of childhood.

Teachers and staff prepared special surprises, taking the stage with dance, music that brought smiles and giggles to our students’ faces. The classrooms were transformed into spaces of creativity and joy, celebrating the uniqueness of every child.

📚✨ Empowering Teachers to Support Students' Emotional Well-being! ✨📚
On 9 th November 2024 our teachers participated in an enriching workshop focused on fostering emotional well-being in our students. The session was led by the expert Mrs Vandana Jamwal an Educationist & Social reformer on Mental health and Educational psychology, emphasized practical strategies to help teachers recognize and support the emotional needs of their students, creating a safe and nurturing environment for learning.

The workshop also highlighted the importance of Teacher Help Education and Resources (HER) training as a valuable tool, equipping teachers with the skills to promote resilience, empathy, and mental well-being in the classroom. By understanding the emotional challenges students may face, our teachers are better prepared to support each child’s journey, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and valued.
Thanks to our trainer and the faculty members who participated with such enthusiasm. Together, we are building a stronger, more compassionate school community! ❤️🌱

Our school hosted an exciting Inter-House Quiz Competition on 9 th November 2024 for classes 6 th to 8 th .Students from each house showcased their knowledge.
It was a tough competition, but all participants demonstrated remarkable teamwork, quick thinking, and a thirst for knowledge. Congratulations to the Subhash House for securing the first place! 🏆 And a big round of applause to all teams for their amazing efforts and sportsmanship.
