The youth fest dance auditions have been rescheduled on Friday (August 14, 2015)

Venue: Reading hall

Time: 12.30 pm

This is the last chance for those whoever are interested. No further adjustments or auditions will be conducted.

RULES FOR YOUTH FEST DANCE AUDITIONS
[ 12th August, 4pm Hall ]

1. Try Coming up with a fresh new idea.

2. Please maintain pureness of any dance style you select.
(For FOLK auditions--> bollywood or any indian folk style. NO western style allowed.
For CLASSICAL auditions--> any Indian classical dance style, like kathak, bharatnatyam, etc. Only pure classical songs allowed. )

3. No time bar. Performance should be effective.

4. You get the higher chance of getting selected on basis of your
Grace, energy/stamina, and expressions.

5. Performance has to be solo.

We want dancers who dance "dil se" ;)

DANCE Registrations for GTU Youth Fest 2015 Enroll yourself to be a part of one of the greatest festivals of GTU.. TRUST US, YOU CAN DANCE !

The SDC events of this academic year come to an end with a scintillating performance in the Awards Night of VERVE 2015
wherein the members of SDC portrayed dance styles like flamenco, salsa, cha-cha-cha and tango for the first time ever in SCET, choreographed by Prof. Chintan Shinde and ideated by Prof. Rakhi Mehta and Prof. Nikki Patel.

And, it definitely owes to the immense participation and support of SCETians towards SDC. 👏👏👏

All the students who are interested to perform a filler/extra dance on the 3rd day of VERVE 2015, i.e 17th April, register your names before 4th April to Soham Patel (9586681231).

The dance will be choreographed by Prof. Chintan Shinde, a professional Ballroom Dancer and former assistant of dance legends Shiamak Davar and Sandip Soparrkar.
