This is a truly special moment for us.
This student, a 10-year-old from the UK, is one of the very first students of our academy and has been learning with us consistently for years. Today, during a live class, he surprised us by reciting a well-known and complex ayah completely from memory — even though it was never formally assigned or taught for memorization.
This is not by chance.
When children are taught with clarity, consistency, and a positive, engaging environment, they don’t just complete lessons — they build a genuine connection with the Qur’an. Over time, this connection develops into confidence, fluency, and natural retention.
Often, when children are taught with excessive strictness, they read out of responsibility and pressure. They complete their lesson, but without true engagement or long-term connection.
Our approach is different.
We focus on creating a balanced environment — where there is discipline, but also ease. Where students feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely interested. They don’t feel forced to read; instead, they read with enthusiasm and willingness.
And this is a live example of that.
We are aware that there are slight breaks in breath and some Tajweed imperfections in the recitation. This is completely natural, as the student memorized it independently without direct teaching of this specific ayah.
For us, this moment is not about perfection — it reflects years of consistency, the right environment, and a growing love for the Qur’an.
This is the foundation we strive to build.
