When your friend, a family member or a loved one breaks a promise it hurts. right?
It's natural to feel bad because our expectations are already set after a promise, and when it doesn't happen, we feel we've lost something.
This exactly happens with your clients when you give assurance on something but you are not able to fulfil it. “They feel bad or scammed” which shouldn’t happen in your business.
How to make sure your clients don’t feel miserable? - DON’T OVER PROMISE.
There's a fine line between overdelivering and overpromising - it's fine to overdeliver and assist your client on their journey, but when you promise something, you set a precedent. Your client will be delighted if you go above and beyond your services to assist them, but the same client will be disappointed if you promise something and then fail to deliver on it.
To provide a better understanding, let me give an example. Suppose you run a digital marketing agency that offers a package priced at 25,000 rupees.
The package includes
Content creation and posting,
Social media management, and
Facebook Ads
If a client requests email marketing services, but you know that it may be difficult to deliver, promising them email marketing just to earn money would be overpromising.
On the other hand, if you go beyond what was promised in the package and assist the client with setting up an email campaign to maintain a good relationship with them, that would be over-delivering.
P.S It is justifiable to over-deliver to some extent, but overpromising should be avoided at all costs.

“You can do everything using AI tools” 🤔
I don’t agree to this! Wait & read what facts I have for my take on AI 👇🏻
AI tools for design and content generation have come a long way, making it easier and faster than ever to create compelling visuals and written content.💯
However, as advanced as these AI tools may be, they can never replace the value that an expert copywriter or editor brings to the table. While AI can generate text and design elements quickly, it lacks the human touch that's essential for creating content that resonates with people.✨
Expert copywriters and editors understand the nuances of language and are skilled at crafting messages that evoke emotions, connect with audiences, and drive action. They have the experience and intuition needed to create content that not only communicates ideas but also inspires and motivates people.✅
So while AI can certainly enhance the work of copywriters and editors, it can never replace the critical thinking, creativity, and emotional understanding that only a human being can bring to the table.
If you're looking for content that truly connects with your audience and drives results, make sure to work with a skilled copywriter or editor who can harness the power of both technology and human expertise.
What AI do you use in your business? Let me know in the comments!
Sure! Here are some hashtags related to the idea that AI tools cannot replace humans:

If you are running a business, choosing a life partner is far more important than choosing a business partner. 🙊
As a business owner, I know first-hand how important it is to have a supportive life partner. While choosing a business partner can be important for the success of your business, I firmly believe that choosing a life partner is far more important.
Why? Because a supportive life partner can bring so many benefits to your life and your business. Here are just a few:
✅Emotional Support: Running a business can be stressful, and having a supportive life partner can make all the difference. When you're feeling overwhelmed or discouraged, your life partner can be there to listen, encourage you, and provide a much-needed boost of positivity.
✅Shared Vision: When you have a life partner who shares your values and vision for the future, it can be a powerful motivator for both of you. You can work together towards your shared goals, and having someone to bounce ideas off of can be invaluable.
✅Work-Life Balance: As a business owner, it can be difficult to balance your work and personal life. Having a supportive life partner who understands your priorities can help you achieve a healthy work-life balance.
✅Financial Support: Starting and running a business can be expensive, and having a life partner who is financially supportive can make a big difference. They can help you manage your finances, provide financial backing for your business, and help ensure that you're able to pursue your dreams without worrying about money.
While choosing a business partner is important, choosing a supportive life partner is even more So, if you're a business owner, don't underestimate the importance of having a supportive life partner by your side.
What do you think about this?
“I am always motivated ⚡- I never feel low” 😔
Has someone told you this? Don’t trust them. ❌
From motivational speeches to inspiring quotes, we're bombarded with messages that suggest that the key to achieving our goals is to always feel motivated.
However, I believe that motivation is overrated.✅ It's okay not to feel good at times.
In fact, feeling unmotivated or discouraged can be a natural part of the journey towards achieving our goals. ❤️
It is an alarm ⏰that you need a break to start fresh with 100% productivity.
It's important to remember that success is not just about feeling motivated all the time. It's also about having discipline, resilience, and the ability to push through when things get tough. “It's about being willing to put in the hard work even when you don't feel like it.” ✨
Feeling motivated can be a great boost when you're feeling stuck or struggling to make progress. But it's important to recognize that motivation is not always going to be there. 🤔
👉🏻So, the next time you're feeling unmotivated or discouraged, remember that it's okay. It's a natural part of the process, and it doesn't mean that you're destined for failure. Keep pushing forward, stay disciplined, and don't let a lack of motivation hold you back from achieving your goals.👈🏻
When I'm feeling unmotivated, I use it as an opportunity to recharge and refocus. Feeling unmotivated doesn't have to mean that you're unproductive. Sometimes, the best thing you can do for yourself is to take a break and come back to your work with a fresh perspective. ✨
I want to hear from you🫵🏻. How do you spend your days when you have no motivation?

“Why so less | Why so much | Can I get this as well” 🤔
We all have encountered clients😔 who are solely focused on price and don't consider the value we can offer. It can be frustrating to feel like you're bargaining at a vegetable market, especially when you know the worth of your services.💯
As professionals, we understand that price is an important factor, but it shouldn't be the only factor. 😎
It’s important to discuss the current & desired situation of the client - Your expertise then comes the role of the price point
There are some clients who before even telling their needs want to know the price point!
“Have you ever seen a doctor🩺 prescribing a medicine💊 without diagnosis?
Here are some ways to deal with such clients. 👇🏻
✅ROI - Educate your clients about the value we bring to the table and the return on investment (ROI) they can expect from our services.
✅ Testimonials - One effective way to do this is by showcasing testimonials from satisfied clients, preferably in the form of video testimonials. Seeing and hearing about the positive results you've achieved for others can be a powerful tool to convince potential clients of the value of your services.
✅Be confident - It's important to communicate in a tactful way that while others may offer lower prices, the results they deliver may not be up to par.
This is not to say that you should engage in manipulative tactics, but rather that you should be confident in the quality of your work and communicate that confidently to clients.
As professionals, it's up to us to educate our clients about the value we bring and the results they can expect. By doing so, we can establish ourselves as experts in our field and attract clients who truly value our services.

Our actions and behaviours are driven by the desire to solve a problem and can be broken down into two phases: problem phase (cue and craving) and solution phase (response and reward). A simple example of this is flipping the light switch when entering a dark room - it's a habit that has been formed through repetition.
Want to create good habits?
The key is to make them obvious (cue), attractive (craving), easy (response), and satisfying (reward).
These techniques are explained in depth in the book "Atomic Habits" by James Clear, I have used these techniques personally and have experience implementing them on coaches as a transforming coach.

As a service provider, it's not uncommon to come across clients who have unrealistic expectations and demand more for less. However, it's crucial to maintain a professional and respectful demeanour in all client interactions, regardless of the challenges presented.
Here are a few tips to help you handle difficult clients effectively: 👇🏻
𝟏-𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞 - It's important to deliver value to your clients, but it's equally important to set realistic expectations that you can fulfil in the long run.
𝟐-𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 - Never disrespect your client, even in the face of adversity. Instead, strive to be empathetic and understanding while standing firm in your position.
𝟑-𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐨 - Work only for what you agreed to, and don't hesitate to say no to additional requests if they fall outside of your scope of work.
By following these tips, you can build strong, long-lasting relationships with all of your clients, even those who may present challenges.
Remember, it's always better to take a measured and professional approach in business dealings."

"Revolutionize Your 🫵🏻 Task Management with the "Divide and Rule" Approach!"
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with work and unsure of how to plan your tasks effectively? As a coach, managing multiple tasks can be a challenge. That's why I want to share with you a step-by-step process to help you rule your week and complete monthly tasks in just one week! 🏆
For example, let's say you have to create chapters for your course and create your LinkedIn content for the month.
Instead of randomly working on these tasks, try breaking them down into manageable daily tasks. Dedicate specific days to research and writing, and other days to editing, automating and uploading your work. By following this structured approach, you can ensure that you stay organized and make the most of your time.
Here's a sample schedule: 👇🏻
Day 1: Decide on course topics and research + research LinkedIn topics
Day 2: Divide course chapters and write content + write LinkedIn content
Day 3: Write course content + create creatives/shoot videos for LinkedIn
Day 4: Prepare animations and videos for the course + recheck LinkedIn content and automate posting
Day 5: Prepare animations and videos for the course
Day 6: Automate uploading of course chapters
Day 7: Enjoy your weekend!
This is just one example, but the same principle can be applied to any task you have. Want to learn more about these techniques? ✨
