The enemy within: Self Limiting Beliefs
“I’m not ready”, “I don’t have enough experience”, “I am not good enough” are some of the examples of self - limiting beliefs that are toxic..
If you have beliefs that are holding you back, now is the time to address them head on. Stop letting them fester while keeping you awake at night and preventing you from taking action toward your big goals in life

Limiting Beliefs ~
A limiting belief is a state of mind, conviction, or belief that you think to be true that limits you in some way.
Limiting beliefs keep you from reaching your most significant potential. They get in the way of what you think is possible for yourself and keep you from living your happiest, most fulfilling life.
Think about how the world looks when looking through the peephole in a door. The scope is limited, and you can’t see all that there is to see. Limiting beliefs act like that peephole.
Over limiting beliefs is easier than you think. The way that you clear limiting beliefs is by recognising them and letting them go.
So let’s recognise our limiting beliefs first.

Procrastination is a trap that many of us fall into. In fact according to the researcher and speaker Piers steel, 95% of us procrastinate to some degree. While it may be comforting to know you’re not alone, it can be sobering to realise just how much it can hold you back.
Everyone puts things off sometimes, but procrastinators chronically avoid difficult tasks and may deliberately look for distractions.
Is there some task you have been procrastinating?
Would you like to know how can I help you with that

The concept of self-care is one we’re hearing about more and more lately. The world today often feels out of our control and many people are struggling with feeling disconnected, stressed and anxious about the future.
Self-care is critical to our mental health and emotional well-being. When you prioritize yourself, you not only ensure you are the best “you” possible, but you also reinvigorate yourself. You have more energy and joy to give in other areas of your life.
Current events are getting to us all. We have been isolated from our loved ones and with the travel restrictions, we have no vacations to look forward to. We don’t know when things will get back to the way they were.
So now is the time to take a step back and refocus on our goals. Effective self-care is important to reduce stress at work and at home, reconnect with yourself to strengthen your true nature and set a good example for your kids or others who look up to you.

Practicing self-care isn’t always easy. Most of us are crazy busy, have stressful jobs, or are too consumed with technology to make time for ourselves. Me-time is usually last on the agenda. Worse, we can sometimes feel guilty about taking the time required to take care of ourselves
People like Michelle Obama, Diane Von Furstenberg, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Oprah Winfrey (especially!) have shared at length how self care has helped them become better role models.
One of the best lines that is simple and so relatable
“A healthy self-love means we have no compulsion to justify to ourselves or others why we take vacations, why we sleep late, why we buy new shoes, why we spoil ourselves from time to time. We feel comfortable doing things which add quality and beauty to life.”
Andrew Matthews
