Special Seminar on “Technology – Your Friend” Organized at Jeevanbharati School, Surat

On the occasion of National Science Day, a special seminar on the topic “Technology – Your Friend” was organized at Jeevanbharati School, Surat. The objective of the program was to help students develop a positive perspective towards technology and understand its responsible and meaningful use. The entire program was organized by Ami Naik, Director of the Research Lab of the institution.

The keynote speaker for the seminar was Dr. Nehal Shah, an educationist and technology mentor, who delivered an inspiring session guiding students on the responsible and creative use of technology. She explained that technologies such as mobile devices, the internet, and artificial intelligence are playing a crucial role in shaping the future, but their wise and constructive use is essential for true progress.

The seminar also included a special session on Astronomy, conducted by Mr. Prakash Dey, who shared fascinating insights about the universe, planets, and space science with the students.

On this occasion, Mr. Prakash Dey also announced a complimentary one-year membership of the Surat Astronomy Club worth ₹10,000 for Nihal Chauhan, a student of Jeevanbharati School, in recognition of his special achievement.

Additionally, six students from the Research Lab who have achieved success at the state and national levels were honored with trophies and awards by institute’s Alumni Association.

Mr. Mayankbhai Trivedi, Secretary of the institution, also addressed the students and highlighted that such programs help nurture scientific thinking and responsible citizenship among young learners. Principals of different wings of the school were also present at the seminar.

Completed the “AI for Space” digital seminar organized by ATAL Innovation Mission in collaboration with ISRO.

The sessions offered powerful insights into how Artificial Intelligence is redefining space technology—from satellite data analysis and autonomous systems to mission planning, space exploration, and national innovation infrastructure.

What stood out was the clear vision of how AI can accelerate decision-making, enhance precision, reduce costs, and open entirely new possibilities for India’s space ecosystem. An inspiring perspective on the role of emerging technologies in building a future-ready, innovation-driven nation.

Grateful for the learnings and excited to explore how these ideas can translate into real-world impact across science, technology, and society.

🛰️ Unique Experience delivered by Research Lab for the students at Jeevanbharati School.
👉 5D Chair Experience Week was planned by Research Lab for the students of Jeevanbharati School.
👉 This unique event was executed from 8th April to 14th April.
👉 All the students of Std 5 to 8 experienced that event.
👉 In that experience, a small film on Apollo Mission was showed to the students.
👉 Research Lab received exceptional feedback from students and parents.
👉 At this moment, we also like to thank Research Lab Representative, Mr. Ketan Desai for introducing this innovative concept to Research Lab.
👉 This event was planned and executed under the able leadership of Research Lab Director and RToC, South Gujarat, Ami Naik.

📢🎉Important Update:

👉 For the betterment for our students, our leaders regularly attend innovative and advanced learning programs.
👉 Recently, on 31st January, 2025 an ‘Atal Lab Orientation Program’ was attended by our Research Lab Director, Shree Ami Naik at Vigyan Bhawan, Science City, Ahmedabad. The program was organized by Atal Lab, Niti Aayog, New Delhi.
👉 Around 530 participants across Gujarat attended the one-day learning and orientation program.
👉 The program was started with the introduction of all the dignitaries and guests of the day.
👉 Welcome address was given by Dr. Narottam Sahoo, who is a Member Secretary of GUJCOST.
👉 Then audience was addressed by Mr. Suman Pandit, Representative from Gujarat State Edu. Department and Mr. Suman Gupta Atal Tinkering Team Lead.
👉 It was also launching ceremony of ATL Sarthi. Detail presentation on ATL Sarthi was given by Atal Lab Senior Representative. And exchange of ATL Sarthi Letter was took place between dignitaries.
👉 Then detailed presentation on various Atal Lab Initiatives was given by senior Atal Representative. Also, the best practices and success stories of few ATLs were shared with all the participants.
👉 Very engaging and empowering panel discussion on ‘Strengthening Innovation Ecosystem in School’ was carried out. All the participants found panel discussion very informative and empowering.
👉 During the lunch break all the participants enjoyed working lunch. Working lunch was also the opportunity for networking and knowing fellow participants.
👉 Interactive workshop on ‘Design Thinking and Innovation’ was delivered by Mr. Suman Pandit from 2 pm to 4 pm. The workshop was very informative and helpful. Mr. Suman Pandit is secretary in Learning Link Foundation.
👉 We are already practicing Design Thinking tool for our school projects. This workshop gave us more insights on this innovative concept.
👉 Overall the program was very innovative & informative. Certainly, our students and school will be benefitted by such innovative learning programs.

👉 NJ Group organized ‘Sci-Fi’ Competition on 27th December.
👉 More than 50 renowned schools from South Gujarat participated and showcased various science and technology projects.
👉 In this flagship competition our R G Gheal, Atal Tinkering Lab secured Second Rank.
👉 Our solution-based project was ‘Fire Extinguish Robot’.
👉 The project was mentored by Research Lab Director, Ami Naik with the support of other staff members Atika & Udit.
👉 All the students from winning team were awarded with Rs. 1,000 in cash and were given certificates.
👉 Team mentors were also felicitated and appreciated.

👉 જે અંતર્ગત 11 dec , સોમવાર ના દિવસે અટલ ટિન્કરિંગ લેબ દ્વારા જીવનભારતી સંકુલમાં પારુલ યુનિવર્સીટી નાં કમ્પ્યુટર એન્જિનિરીંગના પ્રોફેસર ડો. ચિંતન ઠાકર દ્વારા સ્કિલ ડેવલપમેન્ટ પર પોતાનું જ્ઞાન પીરસ્યું હતું... જેમાં તેણે Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning જેવા મહત્વના વિષયો પર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઉંડાણપૂર્વક સમજણ આપી હતી...
👉 સેમિનારમાં ૫૦૦ જેટલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શિક્ષકોએ ખુબ જ ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક ભાગ લીધો હતો.
👉 આ સેમિનાર બાળકો માટે એક 'કરીઅર સ્ટેપિંગ સ્ટોન' બની રહ્યો હતો.
👉 કાર્યક્રમનું સંપૂર્ણ આયોજન રિસર્ચ લેબના ડિરેક્ટર, સુશ્રી અમી નાયક દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું.
