Accountability Over Empty Promises

The directive of Samagra Shiksha (Dt: 02-01-2026) was clear: must pay honorariums by the 5th or face termination. Yet, delays continue to jeopardize the livelihoods of our dedicated Vocational Trainers.

This order was meant to punish bad agencies, not exploit educators. To save skill education in J&K, the administration must act NOW:

Enforce the law: Terminate the of chronic defaulters.

Protect our trainers: Build a transparent system that guarantees on-time pay.

Root out the problem: Eliminate failed third-party middlemen to restore dignity to Vocational Trainers.

Eid is coming, but the salaries of Vocational Trainers Jammu and kashmir are still pending.
After serving for years, we are still waiting for our rightful salaries while families prepare for Eid.
This is not just a delay , it reflects the complete failure of VTPs

Eid is just a few days away, yet vocational trainers are still waiting for their hard-earned salaries.
This is not just a delay , it is the complete failure of VTPs to fulfill their responsibility towards the trainers who have been working sincerely for skill development and education.

ADMISSION IS NOT RESTITUTION: THE EXPLOITATION MUST BE COMPENSATED.

After more than 10 years of blatant disregard for rules, Indus Edutrain Pvt Ltd has finally accepted its violations of conditions and employee leave policies in Jammu & Kashmir. While they are now "updating" policies to align with the law, a massive question remains for the management and the authorities:

What about the decade of financial exploitation?
For years, under a regime of professional dictatorship, the salaries of almost all Vocational Trainers were unlawfully deducted. These deductions, when totaled across the state, amount to lakhs and millions of rupees, money that belongs to the hard working vocational trainers and their families.

Our Direct Questions:

To Indus Management Indus Edutrain Indus Edutrain : An admission of guilt is meaningless without restitution. Will you refund the total amount of unlawfully deducted salaries to every affected VTs immediately?

To Samagra Shiksha, J&K School Education Department, J&K : How were these allowed to operate and exploit vocational trainers for 10 years in J&K despite clear violations of the ? Why is there no strict oversight to protect the rights of Vocational Trainers?

We are not just asking for a policy change, we are demanding full financial restitution and the immediate removal of all exploitative from Jammu & Kashmir.

Simply updating your policy today does not vanish a decade of professional dictatorship, nor does it erase the financial of yesterday. Admission of guilt is the first step toward your exit, not an excuse to stay.

Justice for Vocational Trainers means the return of our wages and the termination of the contract.

Justice for VTs is Non Negotiable.
