WORLD 🌍 ENVIRONMENT 🌲 DAY
School observed World Environment Day with great enthusiasm, joining the global celebration of environmental awareness and conservation.

The programme began with a plantation drive and a campus cleanliness campaign. Students actively participated in the activities, while teachers extended their full support in promoting environmental responsibility through tree planting and cleanliness initiatives.Student planted a variety of saplings,contributing to the greenery of the campus and promoting biodiversity.Teachers encouraged students to reduce the use of plastic, save water and keep their surroundings clean and green.

Addressing the gathering, the Principal highlighted the significance of World Environment Day and this year's theme, "Inspired by Nature: For Climate, For Our Future." He also emphasized the importance of observing the occasion to encourage environmental protection and sustainable practices.He emphasized that the only effective solution to combat global warming is to plant more trees and to cease the burning and use of plastics.This initiative not only beautifies the environment but also instills a sense of responsibility towards nature in the young minds,he added.

As part of the programme, Upahar Rai of Class IV recited an environmental slogan. This was followed by an informative speech by Jiya Rai of Class V, who highlighted the significance of World Environment Day and the collective responsibility of everyone to protect and preserve the environment before the assembled teachers and students.

The conclusion of today's environmental day programme was through sweet distribution to students and informative inspiring, leaving everyone with a stronger sense of responsibility towards protecting the environment.

Upahar Rai wins poem recitation competition

The final round of the poem recitation competition for senior students was held today between yellow house and red house in three languages Nepali, English and Hindi,where in the final round three students were selected i,e,Upahra Rai,Saina Rai and Jeya Rai.

The event was filled with excitement, confidence, and creativity.Participants from both houses recited their poems with clear pronunciation, expressive delivery and impressive gestures.Their performances reflected excellent preparation and enthusiasm.

Upahar Rai from yellow house wins poem recitation competition.The competition was both memorable and inspiring, encouraging students to develop their speaking abilities, confidence and appreciation for literature.

Saina Rai,Jeya Rai and Upahar Rai proceed to the final round of Poem Recitation Competition

Among the various competition held throughout the year in school,a Poem Recitation Competition for senior students was held today in three languages Hindi, English and Nepali.

All together six students participated on it where three students entered into final round which will held on coming days.Students from Yellow House and Red House participated enthusiastically and showcased their confidence and talent through beautiful recitations.

The programme aimed to enhance students’ speaking skills, pronunciation, and self-confidence. The participants performed with great enthusiasm, making the event lively, enjoyable and successful for everyone present.

Devna Pradhan (Red House) declared winners of the handwriting competition

Among the various competition held throughout the year in school, a handwriting competition for senior students (Classes III to V) was held at the school on 8th April 2026, with participation from the Red House and Yellow House.

The event aimed to enhance students’ handwriting skills and promote neatness. All participants took part with great enthusiasm and dedication.

The results were announced today where Devna Pradhan from Red House win handwriting competition followed by Rayhan Pradhan from Yellow House was declared 1st runner up.They were appreciated for their excellent performance and awarded accordingly.

Overall, the competition was a great success and proved to be an encouraging experience for all the students.
