🌙✨ A Cozy Pajama Party at Aga Khan School, Chitravad! 🧸🌟

Aga Khan School, Chitravad was delighted to host a fun-filled and relaxed Pajama Party for our Jr. KG children! 💤🎉

Dressed in their favourite night suits and carrying their beloved toys and cozy blankets, our little ones enjoyed a magical night-time experience at school. Through engaging activities and a beautiful night-themed setting, the children explored the joy of a bedtime environment while creating wonderful memories with their friends. 🌙🧸💫

It was a joyful celebration filled with laughter, imagination, learning, and lots of cuddly moments! ❤️

🦁 World Lion Day Celebration at Aga Khan School, Chitravad 🦁

Aga Khan School, Chitravad proudly celebrated World Lion Day with great enthusiasm and awareness, especially as we are located in the Gir Region, home to the Asiatic Lion.

The celebration began with students and teachers sharing the importance of protecting lions and wildlife. All students and staff took an oath to protect wild animals and care for our natural environment.

Students from Grades 6 to 11 also participated in an awareness rally through Chitravad village, spreading the message of “Protect Lions, Save Wildlife.”

AKSC proudly celebrated International Tiger Day, honoring our National Animal while embracing the rich wildlife heritage of the Gir region. The celebrations continued with exciting art and craft activities for our Pre-Primary and Primary students:
🐯 Pre-Primary: Colouring worksheets featuring tigers
🎭 Grades 1 & 2: Creative Tiger Mask Making
🎨 Grades 3 & 4: Tiger picture tracing and colouring activities
🧸 Grade 5: Fun and imaginative Tiger Puppet Making
The day was filled with creativity, learning, and excitement, inspiring our young learners to appreciate and protect our precious wildlife.

🌟😊 World Emoji Day Celebration at AKSC Pre-Primary 😊🌟

Our little stars at AKSC had a joyful and expressive celebration of World Emoji Day filled with smiles, laughter, and creativity! 💛✨

The day began with Greeting Time, where children shared their feelings using emojis, followed by an interactive Circle Time featuring their favorite moody emojis. They enthusiastically showcased their creativity during an Art Activity, making colorful and expressive emoji faces.

Adding to the excitement, our young learners came dressed in adorable emoji-themed outfits and brought along fun emoji props, making the celebration even more vibrant and memorable! 😍🎭

It was a wonderful day of learning, self-expression, creativity, and fun as our little ones explored the language of emotions through the world's favorite symbols.

💛😊 Every smile tells a story, and today our classrooms were full of happy faces! 😊💛

🌸 Sapno Ki Udaan – Empowering Young Minds 🌸

Aga Khan School, Chitravad was privileged to host the "Sapno Ki Udaan" – Menstrual Hygiene Workshop for girls of Grades 5 to 12, conducted by the Aga Khan Health Board for India,Regional Board for Southern Saurashtra and jilla Panchaya Gir-Somnath.

The engaging session encouraged open conversations on menstrual hygiene, personal health, self-care, and breaking common myths. Students also gained valuable insights into Good Touch and Bad Touch, helping them understand personal safety, build confidence, and recognize the importance of speaking up when needed.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the resource persons for empowering our students with knowledge, confidence, and life skills that will help them lead healthier, safer, and more informed lives.
