Keshar nursery is established in the year 1992. Late. Krushibhushan Suresh Waghdhare started this nursery. Keshar mango grafts are produced and sold to the farmers. The grafts are grown in natural climate i.e. in open condition without shednet or poly house. Hence, plants from keshar nursery grow successfully (no mortality) at farmers farm.

Keshar nursery has won many state level awards (Krushibhushan) & Natinal level awards (Jagjivan Ram) for its distinguished work in keshar mango production and supplying it to the farmers across India.

Keshar nursery has developed " Sustainable, Reliable and low cost ORGANIC farming technique " and received awards for it. 4 lakh farmers have visited the farm till the date. Book containing detailed information of keshar nursery have been published and a video cd too in Marathi, Hindi & English.

Vinay Suresh Waghdhare, current proprietor of Keshar nursery joined this business in the year 2012. Vinay completed his M.Sc. in Land & Water management from Wageningen University, The Netherlands. He worked in Netherlands as a researcher. Vinay did some projects in Israel, Spain, South Africa, etc during his M.Sc. & job.

Keshar nursery developed Ultra high density mango technique in the year 2012. After successfully running this technique they scaled it up to the farmers across India. It is basically a South African technique.

Further keshar nursery developed " Early Fruit harvesting technique " in Keshar mango in the 2015. Technique has been validated. Agrowon newspaper published an article on it on front page dated 18/3/2019.
