The year was of our continual stride towards a better future of all human-kind in our intervention Ares and outside. Looking form a main stream perspective, It was just another year 2011 where we the organisation have decided to full fill lack of education in rural areas. Therefore contributing towards the village an educational shower was discovered. Which now fulfilling the lack of Education by
providing higher level of education, computer education, e-class, digital educational programme started form year 2011. Inequality based on gender, cast, religion, and region continues in society and so in and intervention area. Discrimination on religious ground remains as it had been five year back. Exploitation of labour, gender bias, health-care problems, lack of educational facilities, illiteracy, lack of live hood options, distress migration, water scarcity and poverty have been our main challenges and during the year we have tried our best to address them based on our ability and resources. One of the focus remained on strengthening livelihood in rural region to check distress migration and I am happy to inform that we have been able to reduce migration in serval villages. furthermore, we have also been instrumental in our ever-onward. March towards reconciliation in Buldhana District. Our endeavour of provisioning better health to interiors of Jalamb continues unabated and similarly we kept marching forward with our all ongoing activities of earlier year. we indebted to all our supporters for helping us in serving the case of humanity. I also thank all our friends and organisation members who supports us in one way or the other in achieving what we could in. Also, most importantly, the support of the communities has been our strength. Without their support it would not have been possible to achieve the desired result. YMM as a team has grown 27 year older now and the team members have made it stronger with their contribution towards making thing better. There is always scope for recuperation and we look forward for your valuable suggestion and comments on how we can achieve the same. I take this opportunity to thanks the founder Sau.
