CONSTITUTION DAY ASSEMBLY

Today, our school marked the celebration of Constitution Day, a significant occasion that commemorates the adoption of the Constitution of India on November 26, 1949. Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhan Divas, is observed to honor the values enshrined in the Constitution and to promote awareness about the rights and duties of citizens as outlined in this document.
This year, the celebration was made special by involving both teachers and students in a collective oath-taking ceremony. The event aimed to foster a deeper understanding of the Constitution, its Preamble, and the fundamental principles that guide the democratic framework of our country.
Event Overview:
The event began with a brief introduction by the Principal, who highlighted the significance of Constitution Day and the role the Constitution plays in shaping India's democratic values. The Principal also emphasized the importance of understanding and upholding the values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity in our everyday lives.
Key Highlights of the Celebration:
Preamble Reading and Oath-Taking:
Following the Principal’s address, all attendees—teachers and students alike—joined together in reading the Preamble of the Constitution. The Preamble is a powerful reminder of the foundational ideals of the Republic of India.
The entire gathering stood in unison and recited the Preamble, pledging their commitment to uphold the principles of democracy, secularism, justice, and equality.
Interactive Discussion:
The students of Class IX Khusbhu Gurjar, Kanishka Kumawat, Muskan Meena, Payal Gurjar, Ridhi Agarwal, and Vaishali Kashyap presented today’s thought, asked G.K questions, quizzes followed by amazing facts which made this day special.
Closing Remarks:
The Assembly was addressed to be punctual, and in proper dress, at the end, it was concluded with a National Song.
