DIWALI CELEBRATIONS

This "Deepawali" was very significant for
GURUGRAM PUBLIC SCHOOL SECTOR -62.
Our managing trustee Sir revered Mr. Satish Lugani and Ms. Nirmal Lugani blessed the occasion. The children welcomed them to GPS-62 family. Every one received their blessings. Host of activities were carried by children. Students made RONGOLI, DIYA DECORATION, CANDLE DECORATION AND DECORATED THE RECEPTION AREA. Principal of the school Dr. Shikha Kumar asked students to dispel darkness from their lives and celebrate it in true sense by nurturing the values of truth,honesty,sincerity,loyalty,
dedication and mutual love and respect towards others and self.
Staff was really thankful and grateful to our sir and ma'am for blessing them and giving gifts as a token of their love.

In GPS-62 all festivals are given equal importance. It has always been the aim of the school to inculcate values and traditions in our students. Each and every child is inspired to love his "COUNTRY" and value the rich "HERITAGE".
On the occasion of "GANDHI JAYANTI" students performed a skit with a message that " BE THE CHANGE WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE IN OTHERS" .Apart from that they understood the value of "TRUTH, HONESTY AND AHIMSA" .
