Eyes are the windows to the world, and protecting them is our responsibility. πŸ‘οΈβœ¨
During World Glaucoma Week, we organized a walkathon to raise awareness about glaucoma β€” often called the silent thief of sight.
The walkathon was not just a walk; it was a movement to educate people about the importance of early detection and regular eye examinations. Many individuals remain unaware that glaucoma can develop without noticeable symptoms until significant vision loss has already occurred.
It was inspiring to see students, professionals, and participants come together with a shared mission: Save Sight, Stop Glaucoma.
Together, we walked not only to spread awareness but also to promote a future where preventable blindness can be reduced through knowledge, awareness, and timely care. Through this awareness walk, we encouraged people to prioritize their eye health and understand that early diagnosis can save vision.
Let us continue spreading awareness and reminding everyone that early detection can protect your vision for a lifetime. πŸ‘οΈπŸ’š

Holi is a festival of joy, colours, and togetherness 🌈✨
But while celebrating the vibrancy of this beautiful festival, let’s not forget to protect one of our most precious gifts β€” our vision πŸ‘οΈ
Chemical colours, colour powders, and splashes can sometimes cause eye irritation, redness, allergies, corneal abrasions, or infections. A small step of precaution can prevent major complications.
βœ” Wear protective glasses or sunglasses
βœ” Avoid rubbing your eyes if colour enters
βœ” Wash immediately with clean water
βœ” Avoid chemical-based colours
βœ” Remove contact lenses before playing
βœ” Consult an eye care professional if irritation persists
Celebrate responsibly. Spread happiness, not harm.
Because colours can be washed away… but vision must be protected for life. πŸ’™
Wishing everyone a safe and joyful Holi! 🌸
