PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya , ECR, Samastipur was founded on 29.08.1981for Classes I to V in a temporary building.
Later on the school was shifted to its own newly constructed building on 29.03.1995.

Today, PM SHRI KV ECR Samastipur successfully concluded its 7-day Bhartiya Bhasha Summer Camp.
To mark the closing of the camp, a quiz competition was organized based on the topics learned by the students throughout the week. The event concluded with the distribution of certificates to all participants.
