The Ayudha Pooja (Thanksgiving to the tools helping us in whichever field we are in) is once a year, and we rest the tools for a day. Yesterday, we celebrated Pooja in our office.
2024 -2025 is the Golden Jubilee year, and we have a new T-shirt for us
Thanks to the idea of ANURADGHA, our director, and Logo design help from Adithi Sriram & M.R. Ranganathan, as well as Sadhana's final design, alignment, and positioning logo, C we have this Beautifully made T-shirt of excellent quality by Mr. N. Karthik of SWEN INTERNATIONAL, Thirupur.

Students, Colleges, and Universities who are looking to learn Japanese to get into the Japanese Job Market do not get carried away by false statements & Promises. Ask for a Track record of these people or Language schools before you go with them. THERE IS NOT CUT TO REACH THE GOAL. Japan needs at least A MINIMUM level 3 Pass in JLPT or Q 3 in NAT and a Fair amount of conversation ability (Listening and answering the interviewer's questions promptly, without asking for a once more please request.
We offer as per Japan Foundation recommended course hours. Some work days are unforgettable.
It was one such amazing session with these amazing young girls.
They gave us a presentation on the topic " Women Empowertment "
They spoke in simple, honest langauge on what are the problems faced by women coming into workforce and what the company and system can do to ensure they stay and continue to build a career.
Content revolved around Health, wellness, Food, safety, sexual harassment,career progress, upskilling, financial management and how one lady can uplife another as a way of life thereby making the chain stronger and longer!
It was such a honor to listen to their practical, simple ideas that had made such an impact.
Hearty Congrats and heartfelt appreciation to their male team leads and managers who gave them so much space to think and execute the ideas that they felt was relevant and important.

As our first semester draws to a close and all the students are starting to prepare for JLPT, here is an interesting insight into all the types of people learning the langauge and their reasons to do so.

We have kids from the age group of 8-13 learning because of the following reasons
