The Leo Club of NIT Rourkela would like to take an opportunity to express its gratitude towards all the people who put in their efforts to make Rhapsody 2K17 one of the most record breaking events. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Faculty Advisor Prof. Pradip Chowdhury for mentoring us in every step we take and for believing in the heights we are capable of achieving. Thank you, Sir.
We would also like to extend a special round of appreciation to all of the adjudicators for taking time off their schedules and helping choose the best among the best during Rhapsody.
In no particular order,
Sachin Nambiar and Rajeshwar Mishra from HeartBeats, for their knowledge of music helped distinguish the sharp notes from the flat ones. And Sairanjan Rout, Sagar Bhatnagar and Chinmaya Samal, also from Heartbeats, for finding out the Instrumental counterpart of music. Thank you.
Sanjog Sethi, Prama Priti and Akhila Teja K from The Mavericks - Dance Club, NIT Rourkela, whose experience in dance stands second to none and who chose the best solo dance performances.
Prabhu Chandan and Aditya Rout from Chitraang whose immense talent helped us choose the best paintings. And for Saumya Anand and Armaan Sahoo who chose the most creative face painters.
Aratrika Ghose, from Clarion NIT Rourkela who with her amazing experience of debates very lucidly adjudicated the competition for the same.
Rohit Biswas and Andrew for having that flair of subjects and public speaking and for judging the best elocutors.
Abhilash Kabi,because it takes an excel in chess to judge a competition of chess.
Anubhav Kar , from Clarion again, for picking out the best participants for our newly launched Declamation Competition.
Chinmay Mohanty from Inquizzitive, who blessed us by being the Quizmaster.
Asmita Priyadarshini, Yashu Reddy and Sambit, who with their intricate observant skills, helped us pick the best Fashion Group.
Shreya Das from Mavericks, Aishwarya Shrestha and Nishanth Ballal from Synergy for having that grasp on rhythm and steps and for choosing the best dancing group.
Last but definitely not the least, the very talented and versatile members of Leo, Roshni Biswas and Megha Satpathy for adjudicating 60 Seconds to Fame. And again Megha Satapathy and Saswat David for picking out the Einsteins in the Science Exhibition.
The Leo Club would like to specially mention, Chitraang Graffiti Club: NIT Rourkela for organizing the Water Painting Workshop and the Third Eye - The Photography Club of NIT Rourkela, for organizing the Mobile Photography Workshop. And in the end, we would like to take a bow for Vupati Bhusan Sahoo for the amazing poster that he created for Rhapsody 2k17.
